Cheap product, misleading description. Avoid!

They are China based- at least that's where the order came from. It came several weeks. And when it came the shoes I ordered where not what they were described as. Obviously, silly me just relied on one picture.. Although the description was very good and promising. The summer shoes for walking turned out to be clumsy rubber water sports shoes.. It said it didn't have laces that's why in cold weather it won't be difficult to tie them up. You wouldn't want to wear these in cold weather (water?). Also supposedly with a wide toe box, but really they were one of the most narrow shoes I'd seen. Those shoes were cheap, that's why they give 10% discount. It's been almost 2 weeks (end of June) since the shoes have been returned but no refund issued yet. I can't see that coming. Returning cost me half of the shoe price.. It looks like the positive reviews are fake on here also. The bad ones sound real, indeed.
The audacity to sell a product like this.. They want to make easy money for selling cheap stuff. It's a scam really.

Very poor

Updated review.
Finally got what i ordered, after about 3 weeks despite saying despatch within 2 days. Average quality for what I paid however the effort of chasing customer service (which don't seem to there in usual hours only seem to get emails late in the evening) was not worth it. Communication from this company is non-existent.
Also they seem to report poor trust pilot reviews to try and maintain a good rate on here.
I would not use this company again.

False advertising

I ordered a golf practice net which was advertised with a stroke mat tees and practice balls. All that was delivered was the net and not the highest quality for the price. Cannot get any answer to my complaints.

Non-existant customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes and added the recommended 1.5 cm to the size. They were still too small, but as I really liked them I wanted to exchange for a bigger size, and sent an email to request a return. I didn’t hear anything back and so tried the feedback form on their website; still nothing, not even a recognition of the query. I finally tried phoning and was asked to leave a voicemail, again without any result. At this point I’ve given up without even knowing if the shoes are any good, just because their customerservice is non-existant.

My have ordered a pair of shoes after having diabetic foot disease and having an op to remove some toes these looked like they would be perfect.

Unfortunately we have had no shoes arrive and they have ignored 3 of my emails to trace where they are !
Poor service. I have been waiting 3 weeks and heard nothing !

I have bought 2 pairs of shoes and both…

I have bought 2 pairs of shoes and both sizes are not as it’s supposed to be. I ordered both pairs of size 39 but the barefoot laced up is about 1 inches smaller and the women Rocker soles are very tight and narrow that my feet just don’t fit in.

Dropshipping store AVOID!

Dropshipping store AVOID!! It's taken 23 days to arrive and trainers were stuck together, seems like the rubber hadn't dried before they were packed.
They are also not the trainers that were advertised, seems to be a different brand to the photo and a different tread...
Such a shame.

Very nice trainers and good quality, was initially concerned about delay and didn't know they are shipped from china, company kept in touch and also had tracking information for product, took a star off as needed shoes quickly but here now, emailed company about my concerns and they replied promptly.

Wrong size & refuse any responsibility or replacement/refund

Wish there had been these reviews when I originally ordered. I was sent the wrong size of a pair of boots & the company originally said they'd replace then no contact, then when I chased up said that I had not used the sizing chart correctly - I've double checked & I certainly have. I've sent numerous emails complaining & they just don't reply

I agree with other customers about Fayybek

I agree with other customers, the so called company Fayybek is a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes. They never arrived and I cannot get my money back. I have emailed 11 times. The phone number on their website isn't available and if you go on chat online, they leave you hanging then go offline. Dont use them!

No Refund

Avoid at all costs. Purchased four pairs of shoes. They only sent two and were both incorrect. I had to return them to China at my own cost. Company confirmed they would process the refund but haven't and are now ignoring my emails and calls. Shoes were returned in November.

This is a scam!!! Don’t buy from this company!!!
Firstly, the boots I ordered arrived one month later. They are not my size and I am trying to return them and I can’t get a hold from this company! I sent many emails and called them few times and no one replied back! This is purely a scam, they make you buy and take your money, and you will never hear from them!

This company is definitely a scam

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered shoes from them. The ones they eventually delivered were not the correct ones, and despite numerous e-mails and calls to a suspect mobile number, they have failed to reply.I have even attached a photo of their so called ‘business address’ to 1 e-mail taken from Google street view. It’s an extremely run down house!
