Not even worth one star but do not have the option to write anything without clicking on a star.
Customer service is awful and pretty much non existent. My niece was trying to chase they had received her returns and was ignored for 3 weeks even though she kept chasing. When they finally responded there was no apology for delay in responding or anything of that nature and a simple 2 liner stating they had no outstanding returns to deal with and she would need to contact Royal Mail which we are happy to do it was the lack of contact to messages that will make you want to steer clear of this company!

Customer service is terrible
Every time I order before the cut off time it is never sent on that day.

The products are absolutely gorgeous and I’ve always ordered from them however now I wouldn’t even give this company one star. I have been contacting the company to investigate 4 missing items from my order for almost 2 months and they have not been putting the investigation through which was confirmed by dpd.They were responding well and then My emails have been ignored where I’ve stated this and asked for a refund. Their only way of contact is email which is appalling as you cannot take it further.

Absolutely love this website. I’m on it everyday ordering something new. I’ve ordered two coats in the past month which came very quick. The quality of the coats are really good too I’ve had a few compliments. But would definitely recommend:):)

Fb London are one of the few clothing company’s to actually sell high quality items with friendly, helpful staff that are very prompt in responses. Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Will be buying from them forever!

I’ve bought a few bits from FB London and I always get comments when I wear them. The sizes are true to size and haven’t had anything faulty so quality is great. They always give great advice if needed 5 ⭐️ for me!

Always give 110% when it comes to customer service. The quality of the clothes are always so lovely. I have shopped at this boutique since they started many years ago and it’s always my go to for a special occasion!
