I only wish i could give mo stars !!! Steer well clear of this site amd dont be tricked by the discounts as you will spend the money amd be left with nothing to show for it +!!! Currently waiting for a refund as product was never sent or picked !!! I wish id read the reveiws before paying my hard earned money over for something that i was never going to receive !!!

My order went through and then the next day received an email saying I was to be given a refund. No explanation as to why. The refund did come through a couple of days later, though.

Don't deserve 1 star! I placed an order on the 3rd July had an email to say it had been sent with tracking available if you click on "view your order" or "visit our store" all tracking has mysteriously disappeared with both options saying no "longer available"! I've emailed them twice with no reply, the email is saying from WOVE but my payment went to LIEOY-STOR LONDON! so basically feel like I've been scammed! 😡I'm going to get my bank to investigate. Stay clear of these people!!

Great Product, well priced and quick delivery

Order was marked as fulfilled but I didn't receive it. When I queried it with FBA they said that the part was out of stock and I would be issued with a refund. I have yet to receive the refund.

No notification of dispatch after 7 working days, though received request to judge my experience. Had to contact customer service, who responded in fair time. Was assured next day delivery, which did occur & correct item (good quality & functional, but badly packaged). Several hours later received dispatch email, though yet to receive confirmation of delivery. Bad comms throughout. Not hugely impressed

Very poor communication, late delivery, still haven’t received my order. Stated 2-4 days when I purchased an and now it’s been 9 with no confirmation when my order will be delivered. I ordered for my daughters garden party which I couldn’t use because of the late delivery.

Ordered a hose reel and tracking via Shop app said despatched. 10 days later I was told product no longer in stock. Refund issued next day

Item out of stock but gave a refund straight away

No communication....did not have new item in stock....was emailed after i enquired that i havent recieved my item...that a used item only was available....NOT good customer service...
On the plus side..I was fully refunded.

I haven't received my goods or a reply to my email. Disappointed.

The price was almost ridiculously low, and reviews of the site were mixed to say the least, but I thought worst case I could claim back on my card.
The items were dispatched in two days and arrived on the third day via DHL. Brand new in sealed boxes. Very pleased.

I haven't recieved my parcel, there is no point in contacting the website chat. Tracking function is useless.

Sent via Amazon with no password. Three attempts were made. They insisted it had been delivered but every driver wouldn't give me the item without a password.

I asked for an update, they've said they've issued a refund. Which they haven't. Will be following up with my bank.

Save yourself some bother. shop elsewhere.

The hose reel arrived and was exactly as advertised. I had some issues with he amount of time it took to arrive and the lack of response to the email I sent and the chat system was similarly slow to respond.
So, a genuine product at a good price with free delivery, you just might have to wait awhile for it to arrive!
