I have not received my goods nor response to my email. Would not use again. No tracking either.

No tracking number provided. You will never know when you will receive your purchase items. Finally, four days of delay after the expected date I got my purchase items.

I have ordered a product (order #6704) and not received it. I queried and via their chat function got given a delivery window of 8-10 May. This came and went without anything being delivered. Since then I've tried on almost daily basis to get an update via chat and email, with not so much as an acknowledgement of my query nevermind a response.
I am intending to report the matter to my bank as Fraud/scam trading.

Didn’t receive goods - no tracking(even though it comes through Amazon), said it’s been delivered but it hasn’t. Theyre scammers don’t use them - Amazon say I should have had tracking. Now they don’t reply to me.

My product never arrived
My product never arrived. At the beginning, I was provided with delivery dates never happened. Later they claim that the product has been delivered. When I requested the proof of delivery and tracking number they could not provide proof of delivery and they provide a fake tracking number to me. Amazon informed me that that tracking number does not exist. I have reported them to the relevant organisation and started the process to claim my money back. Just for your information, your purchase is protected by your bank if you purchase through debit or credit cards.

Nothing has been delivered, they never inform you, slow messaging from the customer service. It's just a bloody joke

Website quoted in stock and 2-4 working days delivery. Had to chase a number of times over couple of weeks. Promised a delivery date which did not happen. Cancelled order for refund.
Ordered an air fryer
Ordered an air fryer - on 17th April. Still not arrived. Live chat - no one there. Takes days to answer by email. I’m at the point where I am going to request a refund. When so many companies have excellent delivery times and customer service FBA by comparison are woeful. They do have low prices but the hassle and time delays in receiving your good just isn’t worth it. Avoid.

Awful - when our hoover went wrong, there is no way of contacting them to ask for them for an invoice to claim through the warranty / direct with the manufacturers. Their support is non existence. They don't reply to the email, the live chat has never had anyone there and there is no phone number. I would avoid!

I ordered a garden hose from FBA, when purchased I was advised it would be delivered < 1 week. I emailed FBA a week later, and to be fair they responded quite quickly, advising it would be delivered 3-4 days later. It didn't show so I contacted them again and got a similar message that it would arrive in 3-4 days time.
I wish I had read the feedback about FBA on this site before I made the purchase as if I had I would have avoided them... and suggest that if you need something quickly that you avoid them as well. So an exceptionally generous 1-star for a truly terrible experience.

I bought a electric over blanket from this company as a gift for a friend. It hadn't been received in longer than the time frame suggested so I emailed them and they confirmed a delivery date. When the parcel arrived it was the wrong one. After some back and forth I was asked to send it back within seven days for a refund. The refund was received but we had to pay the postage of £7.50 to return it even though it was not our mistake which is completely unacceptable. PLEASE REFUND THIS. ORDER NO. 6445
After this I noticed that ~£58 had been taken from my account on a previous day when I had started a purchase -however I did not complete the transaction and my money was still taken (no goods/email received!). I emailed and the money was refunded to my account but this does make me worry about how many other people has this happened to and not noticed.

This is the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. There was no tracking of the products I have purchased. No updates on when the products will come. I almost thought it's a scam and would have to contact my bank to investigate. I have to email them and the date they mentioned for delivery was also incorrect! When the delivery guy came, they asked me for a code which only this company knew and they didn't give it to me before the delivery guy was here! I saw my delayed parcel but it was taken away by the guy cos I didn't have the code! I still didn't get my parcel which is already extremely delayed!
