Ordered on the 18th March as a gift and was told delivery would be between 22-24 March, it is now 1st April, no tracking number or emails regarding where the package is. I received pens twice instead of the actual package. I do not recommend. Tried to get into contact and replies are every 2 days.

Baught Breville Brita Hot Cup water dispenser over a week ago £62.69. They used a company called Yodel to deliver it. They tried to deliver 1st time, I was not in, they left a card. I phoned, tried to get a redelivery to my neighbors, they didn't deliver to her and then put another card through the door indicating the product was returned to my local service Centre. I went to the local post office( parcel pick up) they haven't received the item. tried to contact Yodel through messages but they wouldn't speak to me as the details on the package differed from the details on the order. They told me to get back in touch with FBA Discounts as there is nothing they can do. I messaged FBA discounts, no reply. I emailed them twice, no response. I think this is a scam website. Whatever you do, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Ordered a microwave from these people. Got a thanks for the money and nothing else.
Had to contact them after a week to find out delivery date. That's now expired and still no microwave.
Their "chat" don't seem to work either.
Does the place exist?

I ordered 8 security cameras and they sent me a book. Order, of course, shows that it has sucessfully been delivered because a book was delivered. Tracking number is not for what I ordered.

I emailed company and have not yet had a response.

I will report them very soon. I'm just writing this review so that others don't make the same mistake. I never usually write reviews.

Still waiting for the order #6291 to be delivered, it's been 11 days since I placed the order. They said it will be delivered by today but nothing received. Worst online shopping experience ever. Never recommended

Still waiting for the above order to be delivered, it's been 9 days since I placed the order, I'm not sure if I'll ever receive it, I'd like a refund.

Had an email saying there was a problem with delivery. Despite a request for additional information they did not say what the problem was. All very odd. Fortunately I did get a full refund.

After placing the orderI got a reply by email and thought all was good but now the item is late the email as dissapeared

my item was (and still is) quite delayed which on its own would result in a zero score. but when i emailed customer service, i got a reply within the hour. so. alls well that ends well?

This company appears to be dishonest. Today is12 March and we have not received the goods despite payment taken out of our bank account on 3 March when the company said it was allegedly delivered. I have asked for a revised order number to enable tracking with no response. After complaining we have an email it will be delivered by tomorrow. If not we have notified them that police and bank will take action . And they will. Disgracefully bad and probably to be avoided.

The truth about this retailer.
They are a chinese company using a .co.uk site name. If you do through their small print on the website it states that the products they supply come with no warranty. I bought a Breville Airfryer advertised as new.
Turns out the product, manufactured for Breville in China, must have failed the quality check and instead of sending to Breville in the UK, had been repaired by FBA and sold as new with the front panel being glued on as the clips must have been broken during manufacture. After a couple of months the glue stopped working and the panel will not stay on...
In effect it was sold as new but was a second!
Having contacted them they told me I didn't have a warranty and refused to fix the problem. Every email since has been ignored.
Contacted Breville who are also useless.

Great communication on their stock short fall and replacement. I still got what I wanted and in good time.

An easy, pleasant transaction at a great price! Checked stock and received confirmation. Ordered on Monday evening and delivered Wednesday afternoon! Item perfect. Very happy!

The parcel arrived and the courier wanted a code from me which the company had not sent me so he took it away again, brought it back the next day, I had a code because I chased up the company. Their returns are also not as easy as stated on their website, they expect you to pack it and pay the postage.

Wouldn't allow me to order would cancel any order I placed with them.

Wouldn't give 1 star but had no option. Ordered and no delivery, you can't get in touch other than chat. Said my delivery was delivered in February by amazon logistics but had nothing. Tried to speak with them via chat again and no reply. No order number etc. Doubt il get my package. Don't bother , total rip off.
