Item not sent and communication poor
I ordered mid January I received an email a week later to say dispatched. Nearly 2 weeks later no delivery so contacted and had a response to say that it was out of stock but expected 20th Feb would I like another colour. I replied with no and they then just didn't reply. I chased again to request a refund and then got an email confirming refund but no communication from them about it. Wouldn't recommend purchasing from them amd I won't be in the future

Very competitive pricing
Very competitive pricing. Unfortunately Shop app was rubbish and like other reviewers it did not work. Emailed company to see where my order was and was advised there was no item in colour chosen unless I selected another colour. Before I had had time to reply knock at the door and my ordered item arrived. For me the service ended up fine but obviously customer services department needs some co-ordination with warehouse.

This company is unreliable
This company is unreliable, I would've given it 0* but you can't access reviews. It says on the website they have a warehouse in Scotland! Amazon Logistics warehouse is the address. Still waiting for the item or a refund, but guess what, you got it, item cannot be refunded as it is in transit to my address which has a major motorway 10 minutes away. When I asked the name of the courier they use, here's their reply:

Replacement camera works well.
Received a faulty trail camera (faulty memory card and battery not recharging). Returning the item was straightforward and I received my replacement within 10 days.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
Placed my order on the 3rd Jan, was advised delivery would be up to 5days. Hadn’t received or heard anything after 5days, when chased I was advised they won’t have stock until the end of January. Asked for a refund which was ignored and was then advised I will receive the item by the 16th, still nothing.
Emailed again to be informed it will now be next week, asked for a refund which has again been ignored!!

Avoid
Cancelled the order the day after I bought it. Was told I couldn't cancel as the item had shipped. It eventually arrived a week later in Amazon packaging. I have been trying to return it ever since for a refund. Getting no response.

So here it is:
I placed my order on 29th of December 2022. Its now the 16th of january and still I have not received the item. Estimated delivery date: Jan. 25-30.
