Read some reviews and panicked , nothing to panic about replied when I messaged and delivered when said

This seller has mixed, positive and negative reviews with 3.8 average, not too good. Despite that, we decided give it a go and ordered a small electrical appliance priced at Amazon, next best price, almost 18% more.

We received an order confirmation by email, and six working days after, an Amazon parcel with the item, new and sealed.

Rates:
Delivery time: the seller says 2 to 5 working days, the item arrive in the morning of the sixth day, (four starts).

Item as described, well packed and no damage, (five stars).

Information: seller says will inform of delivery dispatch and tracking. Only information available was by using the "Shop" app, where we did find our order was shipped. Nothing about, tracking, delivery estimate, etc. (one star).

Communication: We contact the seller twice, by email and chat. In both cases we receive a proper answer by chat within acceptable time, few hours, (four stars).

From our experience, we won't hesitate to shop again from this seller when convenient.

I was happy overall, but was left a little concerned when the package did not leave the seller for several days after their pledge. This could be due to a late return after New Year. I also did not like being unable to track on their website and having to track through the 'Shop' app. This proved impossible to do, as it only updates when delivered, it seems. Having said that, the online 'chat' facility is okay - they didn't get back to me immediately, but they did email their reply as soon as they could, which was fair. The parcel arrived safely and the electrical goods I bought are working. So - FBAdiscounts, all you have to do is sort out your absolutely appalling tracking information so you're not leaving customers in the dark. Then we're all good!

Had my doubts worries after reading reviews AFTER I'd purchased it, as price was soooo cheap, cheaper than anywhere else. BUT it arrived 2 days earlier than expected and im absolutely in love with it... STYLISH EFFICIENT can't fault it. Go for it you won't be disappointed wish I'd bought sooner THANKYOU

NEVER EVER ORDER!
I ordered a product almost a month ago and haven’t delivered and now i can’t reach them, they don’t text or mail me back. The website is a TRAP. Please don’t buy anything from them otherwise you lose your money.

Update: The adress was correct.Let’s say I wrote the wrong address, then why didn’t you contact me all these days and confirm or return it? This is nonsense!

Still haven’t received my order it’s been over ten days since my order was placed

Delivery time not met. Communication vague.

This company was unable to send the item I ordered in the time frame it stated (3-5 working days). I ordered at the start of Decemeber and as it was not received in time for Christmas I asked them to cancel it and give me a refund.
They agreed and I have yet to see my refund, again stating it will take 3-5 working days, which has long gone.
Absolutely shocking company, if its even legitimate. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a microwave 20 days before Christmas. It hasn't arrived yet, and after chasing it is now going to arrive 28-29th Dec. I have asked for confirmation that the right microwave has been earmarked for me, but this has not been confirmed and the microwave has apparently sold out. All they have done is reiterate what I already knew about delivery dates. I will never use them again.

Hey everyone, I was so afraid after reading couple of negative reviews, I ordered for Levoit Humidifier and its delivery date was 21/12/2022.
For some reason when I mailed FBA support for tracking reference of my shipped product, they just replied back with only the delivery date and no information about tracking the shipped product. But as they promised I received my product yesterday late evening. I have one more ordered to be delivered by 28th December 2022, hoping that happens as well.

I have never received the goods. I asked for a refund and still waiting. I would avoid. They seem to be a scam company.

Had a query on delivery timeline. Sent an email query. Received a response giving delivery date. And more importantly the delivery arrived before the quoted delivery date. Impressed with the purchase and with the customer service.

I will share the further feedback after I have used the Instant Pot product.

After reading other reviews I was quite worried that the item wouldn’t turn up but it was delivered well before the time it was due and it was well packaged, great price too

Item was listed as shipped. Waited over a month after being told of logistical delays twice. Assured delivery would be last week and still nothing. Refund received. Bad communication. Would avoid.

I placed my order fro a oil radiator on 2nd December. it was due to be delivered 7th December. i managed to get a reply on the website chat saying it was now due 12th Decemeber. i still have not received anything and there is no way of phoning them. meanwhile, i am desperate for the radiator in this freezing weather
