Really pleased with bargain purchase, saved £25 compared to Curry’s price. Only slight negative was didn’t get a despatch email, so was starting to wonder if it was going to arrive with postal strikes going on, however live chat response was quick and item delivered the next day (6 days from ordering).

The Communication And Service Is Very Poor!!!!

I ordered a Kodak instant camera for my son's birthday. I downloaded the app as advised to track the order. I checked the app and it said no tracker number. I requested confirmation of my order to be told 12 to 15th for the delivery date. I'm on the 12 today chased again and was told the item was attempted to be delivered yesterday Sunday 8pm. I raised a query to why wasn't I informed or had a missed delivery slot message through my door?. Told it was dispatched from Amazon and they don't issue tracker info. Then I was told I could get a replacement...I asked why replacement if it was needed re delivering....I was told it was lost in transit after the attempted delivery.....really shady again I questioned further no direct response to my questions just lied to. They said they would issue a credit and thank you for my understanding. I replied I was not understanding but bitterly disappointed that you've had my money in an account for about 10 days and I'm yet to receive it or a refund. Also my son's 8th Birthday tomorrow and they've let me down...AVOID AVOID AVOID

The cargo driver did not deliver my first order. It's been 10 days since I placed the second order, still waiting for it to be delivered. You should focus on delivery issue.

Ordered item 27th November. 2-5 days delivery is supposed to be the lead time according to their website;

No automated delivery updates as promised by the website.

E-mailed them to ask for an update, was told it would arrive 10th December. It's now the 12th, my order status shows it isn't fulfilled or dispatched yet.

Have asked them to refund me. We'll see if they do that, or if I have to go through a chargeback process.

Not worth using them.

Ordered Christmas present on 18th November. It's now 11th December and I've had no communication whatsoever about the order, other than the initial automated email confirming it.

Emailed them politely today asking what was happening with my order and received this response:

"Good day,

The package is scheduled for delivery on Dec. 12-16.

Kind regards,"

I wasn't expecting a grovelling apology, but a brief explanation for the delay and a 'sorry for the inconvenience' would have been classier. This isn't respectful customer service. Won't buy from them again.

Edited 16/12/22: It still hasn't arrived and order status shows as 'We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.'

Will need to buy another Christmas present for the recipient, as I need to get a move on and can't take the risk of it not arriving on time.

Horrible experience with this fake company. I order (4607) an air humidifier on 17.11.2022 and till 05.12.2022 they didn't shipped the parcel. Twice changed the delivery date!
I emailed them that I want my money back. And till now I did't get the refund!!!

I ordered a Dreamcatcher Luxurious Electric Heated Throw Blanket costing £47.99 as a Xmas present for my son on Nov 8th - nothing arrived on the estimated delivery day so I emailed them and they said the courier had tried to deliver ( to my work place ) and there was a problem so had I a residential address they could re deliver too, so I gave them my home address I was given a time of 2-3 working days for redelivery - nothing arrived so I messaged again same standard reply as before they need a residential address etc etc I replied with a screen shot of my own and their reply and they promised delivery today Nov 30th - I have been in all day and nothing has been delivered - I have now requested a refund will see what happens. Ordered a soup maker as a wedding present for my daughter. That was 13th October 2022 and it has still not arrived, although I have chased it and it says the order was fulfilled.

Chat messages are all computerised and just go round in circles. I would like my money back please.

I ordered a hand blender set(o/n4402) after having checked stock availability and that delivery would be 3-5 days. It failed to arrive after numerous promised delivery dates. Finally, they agreed to offer a refund. After that they never returned my emails nor have I been given a refund. I am now in the process of claiming back through my credit card and have requested an investigation

Ordered a £70 sports massager. Received a bottle of essential oil. Complained. Assured it was resolved. Received 10 biros. I think that says enough….although they now say that is a gift from the supplier for the delay.
Update- received today the originally ordered product. Not the best experience but good price.

8/11 Like many others my ORDER #4272 was confirmed but never sent.
11/11 I enquired about delivery & informed them I wanted a refund if the item was not in stock
11/11 Told the package will be delivered Nov. 14-17
18/11 I asked for an update or a refund -No reply, so I informed my credit card co. to investigate

Ordered a record player online as it was a good price but wish I had payed more and gone elsewhere. After 10 days it still hasn't been delivered and when I submitted an online enquiry about it was told it had been lost/misplaced by the courier. Was told another record player was going to be sent out which I didn't request as I just wanted a full refund due to losing confidence with the reliability of the company. Have sent SEVERAL messages via all the online formats but have heard nothing back so my money has essentially been stolen. This company has the worst customer services and is not reputable so steer clear and purchase what you're looking for elsewhere!

It's been 3 weeks since I placed order and still no delivery of item. I have contacted them to request a refund as item was for a birthday present and they obviously didn't deliver in time when they said they would. They are not replying to my emails. Can't help but think this is a scam!
