AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't give them any stars if I had a choice....
I ordered a one cup hot water boiler 10 days ago and have endured the worst customer experience from start to finish.
I was fobbed off with two lots of potential delivery dates (which spanned a few days on each one) with excuses such as a "delay in transit" and the latest was potential issues with "Black Friday" but reassured me I would get a refund if it wasn't delivered on the latest round of delivery dates (like they were doing me a favour!!)
I've ordered other things from different UK companies since I paid for the boiler from Fba discount and they've all been delivered already with no problems.
An extremely disappointing and frustrating experience which I will not be doing again.

Placed order for coffee machine last week, nothing from FBA since order was placed. The chat facility is automated and there is no customer service telling me where my product is or when it is expected to arrive! Tracking service is also non existent and is saying that my order hasn't even been shipped yet! Not good.. Really bad service so far. Where is my purchase and do I even expect to get it?

as with others, paid over £80 for an air fryer on 6th November. When it didn't arrive sent an email, told it will be there in 2-5 days, no it isn't.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, do not use. My partner placed an order for an air fryer on the 10th September - Ben Haddigan. This was a birthday gift for me for October 3rd. The airfryer didn't arrive and he received no update or communications at all. He emailed on my birthday and they said it was out of stock but didn't bother telling him! He asked for a refund and they ignored this request and told him that a replacement would be sent at the end of October when they came back in stock. He has emailed three since and we still haven't had a reply! We have not received the air fryer, or a refund!

No alternative product has been offered, no refund has been offered or no alternative solution had been offered.

If we do not get a response within the next week we will be taking this claim to court.

Received item damaged and had missing manuals/book, looked like a previous return that they sold on, also told me they had no more in stock that was another reason for no return but when you look on there website they have more for sale. Refused return so had a partial refund wouldn't recommend

They were extremely helpful with overseas shipment issues I had. The item arrived well wrapped and protected. Absolutely recommended.

Got a great microwave at a brilliant price. It came really quickly as well. I had read all the other bad reviews but decided to take the chance. Glad I did. Possibly it's just a gamble.

Ordered the items on the website. Quantity in stock was 2. Ordered 2, waited a while & did not receive. Contacted them to be told they were out of stock & waiting for them. Weeks later, no further contact & still no items.

Received my order in less than a week, and had the bonus of a free 5l screenwash with it.
Would thoroughly recommend it.

The microwave I've ordered is brilliant, nice size for my small kitchen. The grill is a little slow but that's not much of a problem.
The only negative is that the courier delivered it to me upside down! The box not the courier.

I ordered an Akaso V50 Elite camera on 27-Oct-22. It arrived on 1-Nov-22. Item was correct model and new. I was very concerned after reading reviews on Trustpilot; after I ordered! But all went well. Only niggle was Amazon asked for a 6 digit passcode before handing over the package, which I had to ask FBA Support for, and got within 24 hours, in time for Amazon's re-delivery.
