FDR portal made everything easy to see what I needed to do, and emails were pretty much always responded to within the day. I was buying my first property with the HTB bonus, and it was a leasehold, and they dealt with it all so easily. You get what you pay for, I nearly went for someone much cheaper but I really think it was money well spent to get me in the house quickly and easily.

Fran has been absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her services enough, especially for a first time buyer!
