Amy Abbott was more than just a legal guide throughout my sale and new purchase as we encountered several bumps in the process (none related to legal) such as withdrawals and broken agreements. There were a couple of occasions where it would have been easier to give up but Amy kept me positive and if it wasn’t for her I would not have made, what has proved to be, an amazing move. I have worked with Francesca directly for over a decade as she has dealt with both business and personal property sales/ purchases. There has never been a transaction or an issue she couldn’t resolve. She is efficient, knowledgeable, unlike a lot of conveyancers, always answers the phone and deals with emails and queries on the day of receipt. If there’s an issue, she resolves it. I personally wouldn’t ever use anyone else when buying or selling a property. Can’t recommend her enough.
