We had a fantastic experience with Mark, Kirstie and Feather and Grey as a whole. The whole process from initial measuring / provision of a quote through to selection of fabrics and installation was great, where it is always a pleasure to work with such friendly and considerate people. The team installed a range of different styles in our new home (shutters, curtains, blinds, blackout linings etc.) and they have all been done to an extremely high quality - I would describe us as a fairly challenging customer (we had 6 different rooms requiring blinds/curtains, all with different fabrics from various manufacturers) and the team made it incredibly painless. Finally, they also went out of their way to make sure installation happened as close to our move-in date as possible, which was hugely appreciated with a 3-month old baby! Could not recommend the experience and their products more, thank you Feather and Grey!

Excellent service, arrived as expected fitted shutters AND cleaned up. Very pleased with both the product and the service.

First, Mark made a significant effort to assess the site exactly which, being a new-build, underwent some changes during the process. He informed me in advance of the likely delivery date which was honoured. Moreover, the installation was extremely straightforward and timely with no problems.

Friendly service, transparent straightforward pricing and beautiful shutters. That sums up our extremely positive experience with Feather & Grey. We are very happy with our front room shutters. So happy in fact, that we ordered more for all of our upstairs!

Mark and his team have been seamless from the very beginning- from our consultation where Mark was super patient with us, giving his professional input in decision making, right through to install where he and his colleague Darren were punctual, tidy, respectful of our home and just lovely guys to have round! The family run touch was felt throughout the process and we felt like valued customers throughout. And to say our home has been transformed is an understatement!
Feather and Grey have a gorgeous selection of products and we felt spoilt for choice. The quality is exquisite and we would highly recommend this company!

Following building works on the house a few years ago, we used Feathers & Grey Interiors to provide various coverings for our windows. We have shutters, electric blinds and blinds for velux windows, all provided by them and all look great. We have been happy with their service and even when a more recent issue occured, it was dealt with without any stress. They are professional and trustworthy, so would definitely recommend.

I b have used Mark before and was very happy with the shutters so treated myself to another room! I’ll be in touch soon Mark for more rooms!

Working with Feather and Grey Interiors has been a seamless experience from start to finish. The team came out to measure our spaces and provided invaluable advice on colours and materials. Their recommendations made our decision easy, and the turnaround time from measurement to installation was much quicker than other companies we considered.

On installation day, the team was amazing, and the quality of the curtains exceeded all our expectations. We knew they would enhance the space, but we had no idea how much they would elevate our home. We are absolutely thrilled!

I recently had plantation shutters fitted in the two bays at the front of my house and in a large window half way up my stairs. Mark was responsive from the start, attending to measure up and give me a quote quickly. On the day of installation he and his coworker worked quickly and in a tidy and respectful manner. They cleared up behind them. I am very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Feather and Grey interiors.

We are extremely pleased with our shutters. Mark certainly knows his job and listens to what the client wants and expects. They cleared up before they left - bonus! We couldn't recommend Feather & Grey enough.

To set the scene, we have 4 unique arch windows in a grade 2 listed building that interact with the Victorian coving, are close to return walls and we wanted solid shutters with bespoke colours. After engaging with no less than 5 other companies (including nationals) that all promised they could deliver bespoke shutter solutions but after quoting and taking deposits, couldn’t deliver!!! Cue F&G…Not only was nothing a problem, and no compromise on our vision had to be made, but they delivered on all counts and exceeded expectations in quality, service and price. Don’t waste your time shopping around if you want good service, good quality, great price and a company that will go the extra mile to give you what you desire…F&G interiors are the company!!!

Am very pleased with the service i got, my shutters were delivered and installed on time as promised.
They kept me in the loop and did not dissapoint.
Plus they price matched a previous offer and delivered even earlier than oher competitors i had spoken to.
I will recommend them anyday, 100% excellent service.

An excellent service from Feather & Grey - delighted that we chose to go with them after sourcing a few quotes in the local area. We had shutters installed on our front bay and various other blinds throughout the house. Impressed with Mark's workmanship. Really pleased with the window shutters and professional installation. My only disappointment was the time it took from the order being placed until delivery but appreciate the reasons for this. Mark and the team were focused on customer service throughout.
