Great efficient, professional and honest delivery.

So happy with the blinds for our bifold doors from Feather & Grey. The service from beginning to end was brilliant and we’re so pleased with the end result. A great family business that I’d definitely recommend.

From the minute I sent a request for a quote Kirsty and Mark were super responsive and helpful. When Mark arrived to provide the quote he was very generous with his time, talking us through the different options, really listening to what we wanted and providing recommendations without being over bearing. Shiloh who came to install the shutters was absolutely lovely and is clearly very skilled because the shutters look stunning and we couldn't be happier. I cannot recommend Feather and Grey more strongly.

This is the second time we have used Feather and Grey and cannot fault them.
They fitted some beautiful shutters and are such a friendly, happy and helpful bunch. Would definitely use again and we recommend them to everyone looking for shutters, blinds, etc.

Feather & Grey were recommended by another shutter company who couldn’t do work in Herts because they were too far away. From start to finish, they were excellent. Mark was very professional, down to earth, and totally not pushy, unlike a salesman who gave me a quote from one of the well known national companies, and Mark quoted at least half the price of the national company. There was a slight delay in delivery, but I expected that, and it wasn’t long, so not a problem and Kirstie kept me updated. Two fitters, Shiloh and Nick (?) turned up exactly on time on the day, cracked on, and were done within an hour and a half. They were very polite and clearly knew what they were doing. They didn’t even complain about the heat - it was done during the recent awful heatwave. They tidied up and explained everything. I love my shutters and would definitely recommend this company.

Right from the first consultation to installation, the experience with Feather and Grey has been faultless. The level of detail and care Mark put into discussing all the different options and showing us their brilliant range was fantastic. There was no pressure and Mark was so gracious to give great advice on which options would work best. It set the tone for what was a really positive experience. Shiloh, who installed the shutters was amazing. He was polite and friendly an his workmanship was top class. Did a brilliant job installing and left no mess behind.
