awful, took the money to collect and did nothing, now wont speak to me at all. There is no personal service, just a weekly generic report sent out and no account manager to speak with. I am going to ombudsman today as I am getting no where

I engaged the Federal Management team to assist with recovery of several sizeable overdue invoices from a late paying client, and they provided a superb, highly effective service with the right advice given on the most effective course of action at all stages. Professional, Honest and Generate results.
Have used Federal several times, and they have been excellent in help us recovering debts from European and African clients. They tell it like it us and keep us informed throughout the whole process. Cost of using them is reasonable too.
