If you had taken the trouble to properly read the documentation I provided you would know that the premium - not interest - is entirely legitimate. In fact the Agreement was drawn up by the Debtor's solicitor, so it was not only lawful, but also legal - whatever the difference is in your world.

I struggled for months
I struggled for months trying to get a company to pay what they owed. Tony and Vicky helped gather all required documents and are a credit to Federal Management. After a short time the money was recovered in full , and i was updated throughout . Great professional service!

Paid £1000 for help to collect a debt from overseas. the 'update' has been the same for the past 5 months and when questioned they have not been able to give details and are now not returning calls or answering emails

Firstly, let us point out that we successfully recovered over £7428 for you prior to this difficult case. Secondly, the unforeseen pandemic severely hampered ours and our agents efforts to collect the debt owing in the UAE, this is understandable.
Thirdly, we offered you a solution by way of subsidised legal action via the UAE's judicial system but you refused it.
Fourthly, you received over 42 Case status reports in the 5 months we had been acting on this matter. Despite your claims, you were kept well abreast of progress not to mention the numerous lengthy case discussions you had with our Legal Team.
To state that we never returned calls or emails is a complete fabrication of the truth. We understand how very frustrating it is to be owed money, we deal with it every day but we cannot accept fabrications of the truth in order to besmirch our reputation with false accusations. This is not acceptable and appropriate action will now be taken accordingly. As requested your account has been terminated herein.
As stated, we totally understand your frustration however this is not the correct way to vent at those that have tried to help you. We collect millions of behalf of UK Businesses every year and will continue to do so.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. They kept convincing me that my case is easy to refund and they charged me the highest upfront fees and then kept switching me to over 5 employees to follow up with and at the end they just said that they failed to refund the money and asks for more money to start legal procedures.
