Not reliable
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Federal Tax Law Group. It has been nearly two months since I paid for their services, and I have not received a single update regarding my case. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I have not heard back from anyone at the firm. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with sensitive financial and legal matters.
At this point, I feel ignored and taken advantage of. I expected professional support, but instead, I’ve received silence. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.
