I absolutely HATE fedex for getting deliveries. Four times my orders were delivered to the wrong address. Two times, someone was decent to bring me my items. This last one was kind of the camel that broke my back!! I ordered 5 cases of canning jars. They claimed it was delivered. IT WAS NOT!!! I filed a claim and they said they had verbal confirmation. WHO THE HELL GAVE THEM VERBAL CONFIRMATION. IT WASN'T ME!!!

Fedex has deteriorated badly in the past several years. Much like UPS you cannot count on a firm delivery date. I get a headache checking on their constantly changing dates. I can see why Amazon started their own delivery service but some times they still have to use low class Fedex.

A disgraceful company
My package did not show up when it was meant to. Chased FedEx, was told I needed to pay Customs fees.
I paid the Customs fees. The package still didn't show up.
Called FedEx 6/7 times, each time they'd promise a call back but would never do so. Finally got through to a manager. He admitted the package was missing.
A member of FedEx's 'search&rescue' team named Syeda Mukhtar then took up my case. She promised a reply within 3 business days.
It's been 12 days. No communication. No apology. No acknowledgement. No reply to emails.
Packages get lost. But there is no need to treat paying customers like that.

They tried twice when I wasn't here, then they say again when I was here, then log it as not available for delivery. Had my pkg sent to my work. They lied about attempted delivery. We are open 9-2 on Saturday. Said they tagged the door at 9:27. Total lie. They were never there. Called customer service. They said pkg was bumped 'til Tuesday. Never called to see if I wanted to pick up pkg. Faked delivery. Total disappointment. UPS is king. I just checked the tracking on a package where the tracking had previously stated that delivery is expected on the 12th. I have been in full view of my front door all morning, and did not see any delivery. I checked for the package anyway. I have a table by my front with a sign stating to leave deliveries on the table. (I am disabled and cannot retrieve packages fro the ground). Of course, there was no package there or anywhere else. I contacted FedEx. The moron employee just kept saying that the package and been delivered, and to look in the spot “where packages are usually delivered”. They offered NO assistance and NO. So, FedEx can misdeliver a package, lose a package, heck, probably even keep your package, and all they do is shrug their shoulders. Incompetent company with a complete lack of customer service.

I was going to a convention in St. Louis from Tampa. I need an equipment to display at the convention. Told the girl at the FedEx office the day I had to have it there she said yep no problem. It never showed up. I needed it Friday morning I finally got a notice that said it would be there Monday night the convention is over on Sunday. I kindly asked to have my money returned and they said no on ground shipments they don’t make refunds… So FedEx enjoy my Money for Nothing!!!!

Ordered from two different companies recently. Both provided free shipping via FedEx ground.
FedEx ground appears to be "literal!"
Meaning no trucks - someone travels by foot kicking your parcel from state to state. Literally "on the ground!"
I gave up trying to get an honest answer from FedEx. After 3 weeks of their "pending" or "out for delivery" switcheroo.
I can understand companies choosing the cheapest shipping option. But in the future I will not purchase from a company that only offers FedEx Ground as a shipping option. For both companies I referenced, I am happy with my purchases but will not be a repeat customer due to your choice of FedEx.
FedEx STEAL CUSTOMER PACKAGES
After waiting for long process of my oversea package to be release and ship to US it got stolen by FedEx! I received an email from GOAT ONLINE SNEAKER STORE indicating my package was deliver on 06/30/22 at 11:24 am. I quickly informed my girlfriend about my order while being at work and she quickly replied that FedEx never stop by. I quickly reported the issue to FedEx and they only provided me with case number and they never followed up or care about my issues. I contacted FedEx several times to find out about the investigation and no information was provided nor did they care about my issue! Going forward any Retail Companies that uses FedEx as their delivery carrier I will not purchase anything from them and I will indicate due to poor delivery service I got from FedEx is the reason why! This delivery company hire THIEVES FOR DRIVERS!!! I will share my experience with friends and family not to do any business with FedEx going!

If I could give zero stars I would. I will no longer from businesses that ship through FEDEX. I paid for an overnight deliver that was 4 days late. They refused to provide a refund to me. They said the company had to request the refind. The company told me that is not their responsibility. If I can only get something through FEDEX I just don't need to have it.

It was suggested that I download FedEx app for driver accountability. Live in a somewhat rural area with 37 homes, not gated. Our USPS mailboxes are locked ones, due to theft & are grouped in 3-5. On the FedEx app requested delivery to garage. Order item delivery never received. Called the sender, they send another. Didn’t receive that package according to app. Called supplier requested to use UPS. Received 2nd pkg but not to garage as requested left by mailboxes. UPS delivered 3 replacement to front door. As others have mentioned No customer service. People in that department are in another country. I am on an auto shop with a company & stated I DO NOT want anything shipped by FedEx. Packages will be shipped by another carrier. Done with FedEx! When you nail the money they will start listening! I blame the driver for not reading the instructions. Sick of the Covid excuse! I would rate FedEx useless!

I had to give 1 x Star, your tracking system stinks, you don't inform your customers that you are delivering on the day you deliver, The card your driver leaves is a "FedEx" card when in fact the package is being sent by TNT, so the tracking number can not be found, so arranging another delivery day is Impossible, your online help is no help at all. You do not include a contact number, and I suppose that if you did no one would be able to contact you as it would always be engaged In fact, your whole system stinks and I shall not be using it again anytime soon. Well, I was given a contact number for "Customer Support" and guess what? engaged for over an hour I kept trying to get someone to talk to and no, in the end, I got totally pissed off and gave up, I am now calling the supplier and asking for a refund, as the package did not arrive, no doubt he/she will not send by you again.
Unreliable Business
Your tracking system said a delivery was made today at 608pm. At somebody elses address, not at mine. I have been waiting for this delivery to happen. Now the shipper will be placing a claim and giving back a refund due to your poor service and poor employee hiring. What a way to go FedEx. Thumbs down.

I wish I could give no stars. Second time my parcel has been delivered to a house 2 miles away. I always have to sort it out myself as nobody at fedex will ever ask the driver where he delivered it to. Shocking service, shocking customer support. I wish I never had to use them again but unfortunately I do 😡🤬
