FedEx Smartpost..

FedEx Smartpost... so packages go to die at the Southaven, MS FedEx hub. I got to 70 reviews where packages were never delivered before stopping. Shipper states to wait 7-10 days. Ok, I can wait another 3 days, (yesterday was a holiday) making it 11, but my boots were supposed to be here a week ago, then it was changed by FedEx to 4 days ago, then 3, but my package hasn't moved since last Thursday, 5 days ago. FedEx states to call USPS, and USPS doesn't have a tracking number, so they say to call FedEx, so I'm stuck. I could have gone to the store or driven to the actual FedEx HUB by now. I chose the free shipping, because Ive been burned too many times with other places using FedEx, paying the extra $20-$30 and still not getting the items within the alloted time, but a week later. I would much rather pay for regular ground shipping if it means I get my items on time!! If I had paid for expedited shipping, and they used FedEx, I'd still be in the same predicament minus the shipping fee. I ordered from much farther places who use UPS or simply USPS and have received my package. FedEx states that it is shipped through the post office, but if this were true it wouldn't be scanned by FedEx. Because it isn't true. The post office makes the last leg of delivery once FedEx drops it off locally. The FedEx rep wanted to argue about this, and kept saying it was last scanned in MS, to call USPS. The FedEx rep said to call the shipper. I told her I already did, they said to call FedEx. The previous rep said to call USPS, who told me that they only take care of the last stop and that they can see on FedEx's site that it never left MS. I wanted to know why it hadn't left MS and the 3rd FedEx rep actually said that FedEx can't track FedEx Smartpost packages. WHAT?

3600 Pentagon Blvd Beavercreek, OH 5/27/2022 3PM EST...driver parked in flow of traffic causing cars to run into one another. His truck blocked my view so when I turned there he was and he gave me a violent look like I was in the wrong for nearly hitting him. Rude

The package was to be delivered to my company, no one came for the whole day of waiting. When checking the status of the parcel, it turns out that the parcel has been delivered to my company, I thought I was crazy after all I was at work all day. Fortunately, I have a CCTV record, and none of your couriers were near my company that day and the package was definitely not delivered to the reception, as tracking says. One week of calling customer service, and the same thing again and again that you will check and let me know, nothing. Today another phone call, another nonsense, a lady who doesn't even speak English so that I can explain to her again what happened. The worst courier company I have ever worked with

Bad company very poor service

I read all the negative reviews, and thought, give them the benefit only to have been shown that all the negative reviews are true

Had delivery confirmed by 6pm tonight, that was missed then by end of the day, now its been changed to 4 days time.

.this is the worst delivery company I have had to deal with

I have just e mailed the seller to say SWITCH companies now, or they will lose credibility too

Twice in a week😒😒😒

I tend not to write negative reviews, however I had the same bad experience twice in one week. My bank attempted to send a new debit card to replace a damaged card. I received a text that stated my package was delivered, I work from home so I immediately called and opened a ticket because no package was delivered to my home. When I spoke to the agent, she simply stated that the package was delivered to the correct address. Clearly she was not listening as I stated I am home no package was delivered. I had to contact the bank and have another card issued... 2 days later my neighbor up the street brought the first package (they left this at my door he said). Well the exact same thing happened again, this time the resolution specialist was very helpful and within 30 mis, the driver arrived with the package. I understand the delivery personnel may be in a hurry...but reading an address is fundamental for the position.

Boycott FedEx!

Even one star is too much for FedEx! They do not do the job we PAY them for - they lie that they attempted delivery but no one was home, therefore putting the blame on you, leave the item in the lobby after the purchasing company has charged you door delivery, or lying again and simply taking the item directly to the depot for you to pickup. The last fact was on the news! Now I check with the company I want to buy from to see who the shipper is - if it’s FedEx - cancel the order and save myself from popping a cork.

Stay away from these guys

Stay away from these guys, worst by far. We are a business and ordered a high value part from overseas to Australia. Parcel tracked well, and was “Supposed” to be delivered. Nothing came, no driver showed up yet we get a message “Delivered”. Got onto their customer service IMMEDIATELY, emails, visits, complaints etc.etc. Almost a month and a complete no win situation. Here’s the thing, you cant even claim from Paypal because tracking shows “Delivered”.. I have even filed cases with ACCC, consumer affairs etc.. absolute waste of time and a no win. IF FedEx employed drivers with half a brain, this wouldn’t happen. They have not even provided me with GeoLocation proof, just ignore my emails. Absolutely horrible.

I'm so amazed by their customer…

I'm so amazed by their customer service!
They missed me on Tuesday so I give them a call and explained that I was at home all day and so I don't get how they haven't been able to deliver. They said they will try today( Wednesday) between 8 am and 6 pm. I explain I will be leaving before 1 as I have flight so they have to try deliver before that time and they did. I was so worried about my parcel as it contained food but they arrived just on time ! Thanks guys!

The most horrible delivery outfit on…

The most horrible delivery outfit on this planet took me 3 weeks to get my convertible top for my car when it started pouring down raining when it was supposed to only take 3 days they lost it then they misplaced it then when I finally got it the back window was shattered they suck horribly and they suck right now because they had an order to set a tires they were supposed to be here Friday and they said they delivered them on Thursday to some invisible person cuz I never got them they suck horribly and you can't ever talk to anybody with a pulse now I got to go all weekend without my new tires they shouldn't even be in the business they suck ass

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost, customer service is straight up lying when politely asked where parcel is and when it is being delivered.

This is after a 45min waiting time on the phone..

The tracking is also not working and is not based on anything that is correlated to the real world. They know about this when asked, but still let you sit home and wait for the day..

Use a different shipping company and save yourself the hassle.

I would give a big fat ZERO stars if I could! FedEx is thee very worst shipping and delivery company that I've ever had to deal with. Their drivers are allowed to stand down a flight of 20 stairs and throw laptops up the stairs and break them, then customer service lets you knowingly sit on the phone with them wasting your time filing claims, promising you a resolution, only to get an email that your claim was denied because you aren't the shipper! I will never use this company again unless it is on a have to basis!

The worst shipping company hands down

The worst shipping company hands down. If you order something and see that they use FedEx just go ahead and cancel the order.

I recently purchased a tv from Tanga and they shipped it FedEx. Was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday. I knew right away that they would miss that date. The shipper also required that I sign for it so I paid extra to GUARANTEE a delivery window since I don’t get home until around 5 pm. Thursday comes and I’m stuck waiting for delivery, but they did not deliver and received a text that it would be delivered Friday.

I called customer service and opened a case explaining that I paid for a shipping window because I would not be home. The guy assured me that it would be delivered Friday after 4:30. Well on Friday I get a text around lunch time from Fedex stating delivery was attempted but no one at home to sign for package.

I called customer service and expressed my displeasure with their service and lack of communication. Now they want me to wait around all day on a Saturday when I had plans and would be gone all day.

Let’s all cancel any order that the seller uses Fedex until this sorry company is out of business.

FedEx is the worst shipper on the planet.

Please companies stop using FedEx. They constantly deliver late. 80% of my FedEx packages come late. Meanwhile UPS and USPS are delivering a day earlier than the set delivery date. How can FedEx be so much worse? They must have poor management all around. I really want them to go out of business so that I can stop getting forced to use FedEx from certain business. I will pay more money to not use FedEx. Only use FedEx if you want late deliveries and possible stolen/“lost” packages. Did I forget to mention that the FedEx Bloomington store is known for employees stealing high value packages! That’s the kind of service you get with FedEx!

I concur with all the previous reviews. this company is a non-company. I wonder if the shareholders know how bad the situation is. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT FUNCTION. access to the stations and costumer service is not possible. and they lie. it deserves zero stars. it should come as no surprise if they go bankrupt shortly. AND RIGHTLY SO.
