Now have to wait for FEDEX to email a…

Now have to wait for FEDEX to email a delivery label when booking their service via Parcel2Go instead of it being instant. After waiting for 40 minutes and still no emailed label I gave up, cancelled the label and used a different courier. Absolutely ridiculous, as if we all have time to sit around wasting time and money waiting for a label to be sent at their convenience. I needed go out and drop parcels off, not spend all morning waiting for a bloody label to appear! Last time I even consider using Fedex.

Fedex did not deliver - worst customer service

I received an SMS from Fedex saying that my parcel would be delivered Friday by noon. Then at noon Friday, the delivery was changed to Friday end of day. Then at end of day Friday, the delivery was changed to Monday by noon. Then at noon Monday, the delivery was changed to Monday end of day. It was getting urgent as I needed the parcel on Monday. I tried to call Fedex, but since I didn't have a customer number (only a parcel number), I couldn't get through by phone. I started a chat with their customer service, which turned out to be probably the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. In the tracker, it still said the parcel would be delivered the same day (Monday). On the chat, they informed me the earliest day of delivery would be Tuesday, but they didn't really know. The customer agent informed me she wrote an email to another department and they would "usually come back within 24 hours, but recently it can take a little bit longer". I needed the parcel the same day, so 24 hours to wait for an email was not an option. The customer agent showed no interest whatsoever in helping out, I had to wait up to 20 minutes for each answer on the chat, and the answers were short and dismissive.
I gave up, and had DHL picking up the parcel at the Fedex-terminal at Copenhagen Airport, and it was delivered to me by DHL same day.

I am a commercial customer with two…

I am a commercial customer with two parcels due for delivery today. The tracking system is just pathetic...absolutely no concept of what a customer would want.
One of the deliveries was critical for delivery today as was shown on the Tracking ap and still, at 8.00pm tonight, showing as to be delivered today.

Why would you bother? This is Fedex taking over TNT who were the worst freight forwarder EVER. Nothing has changed and we are held ransom by these hopeless operations that so adversely affect our businesses.

WARNING! Worst company ever!

Worst company ever!
Don’t use them - you will be sorry you ever did.

They had my package for two weeks without doing a thing. And it was getting close to my vacation, for which I needed the package.

We then agreed on the delivery day, and I had to stay home from work.
But they never came!
Talking to customers service is a total waste of time.

Just DON'T USE FEDEX

They are not reachable and can't follow through. They just tell you what you need to hear to get off the phone.
The deliver people never call or leave a note. Hell, I don't even know if they actually try to deliver the packages. 3 times the same thing. Never again.

I have recently been expecting a parcel…

I have recently been expecting a parcel delivered with Fed ex . I would say their service and customer service is appalling . I didn’t receive my package , tried to get hold of their customer service for several days but to no avail .on their website it showed that package was waiting to be delivered for more than two weeks , which never did . At last I took to their local center which lies in outskirts of the city and there I got info that my package was sent back

I would never recommend Fed ex for any future delivery .

The package was not delivered…

The package was not delivered yesterday…
The package was not delivered yesterday as it should according to the SMS that we received from FedEx.
Yesterday we were home all day around but package was not delivered and no notification was left in our apartment postbox explaining why the package was not delivered. We also don’t know where’s the package now.
Those responsible for delivery in FedEx don’t making jobs right while getting salaries for this jobs.

Fedex never delivered my package

Fedex never delivered my package. I have tried to reach Fedex via phone, mail and chat with no succes.
They simply do not answer. Even their own complaint section on their website doesn’t work.

Now they expect me to deliver a failed-delivery charge of 25,84 EUR because they claim that no one was home at the delivery.

Worst shipping experience ever. Very unprofessional company.

Earlier very satisfied customer from TNT. Have now used Fedex twice. Both times delayed - we are talking simple documents. Despite having chosen to be informed of all phases of sending no warning came that this was delayed. "Envelope is still at hub - we do not know when it will get delivered" Do not waste money on using this courier service.

Worst delivery experience

I didn’t receive my package, so I have choice to book new delivery for next day, I did it. Next day, nothing happened, so I called to customer service, they book new delivery for next day, and again, nothing happened. So I called again, and ask them, please, make sure that they will deliver my package next day (you have to be at home from 8am-6pm, I cannot do that everyday). Next day, I was sitting at home, and I received message, that unfortunately I am not at home! Nonsense! So finally, I drive myself to fedex centre and pick up that parcel!
Than I received a bill, about 300 krona, for duties and custom. But I paid that to seller already, but they missed IOSS number, so they didn’t ask me (I had invoice, IOSS number all they need), but they just charge, without noticing me before. Usually, normal companies let you know, that you have to pay custom, so you can provide them all missing info, or just simply refuse from that parcel and it will be sent back. But in that case, they just charge me, without any information before they make a bill. By the way, bill came very fast after I took parcel by myself.
Don’t recommend this company to anybody!

I have received the message

I have received the message: your parcel is on the way to you and you will receive it today, Friday 17th June 2022, I was all day home, No one came to me. at 13:02, I received another message, we came but no one at home, We will send back the parcel after 3 days to the sender.
I am trying to contact them by internet, or online chat. telephone. but any response from FedEx.

HOLD JER VÆK - ELENDIGT FIRMA + SERVICE

Jeg fik en pakke leveret tirsdag d. 31.05, men da jeg ikke var hjemme fik jeg besked på at kontakte dem for at aftale en ny dato for levering. Jeg ringer til kundeservice samme dag og får aftalt en levering dagen efter. Jeg bliver hjemme fra universitetet onsdag d. 1/6 fordi pakken skulle komme mellem kl 10-16. Jeg ringer til kundeservice d. 1/6 kl 9:00 for at dobbelttjekke at pakken virkelig kommer i dag, hvilket jeg får at vide at den gør.
Kl 16 har jeg stadigvæk ikke modtaget pakken, hvorefter jeg ringer til kundeservice igen og får at vide at den slet ikke var planlagt til levering.
Vi aftaler ny levering i morgen (d.2/6), dog skal den leveres hjem til mine forældre da jeg ikke kan holde endnu en fridag.
De får mine forældres adresse.
Torsdag d. 2/6 kl 7:00 ringer jeg igen for at forsikre mig at min pakke kommer i dag, hvilket jeg får at vide at den gør. Mine forældre er hjemme hele dagen, og kl 15 er pakken endnu ikke kommet, så jeg ringer igen til kundeservice.
Her får jeg igen at vide at den ikke var planlagt til levering. Jeg begynder naturligvis på at blive lidt utålmodig nu. Vi aftaler at den leveres dagen efter, fredag d. 3/6.
Jeg ringer til Fedex igen fredag d. 3/6 om morgenen for at forsikre mig at den kommer, hvor jeg får at vide at den ikke kommer i dag, men først kan leveres tirsdag d. 7/6.
Naturligvis mister jeg tålmodigheden nu og fortæller dem at det ikke kan være rigtigt og at jeg skal bruge min pakke inden weekenden. Jeg taler med kundeservice i næsten 40 minutter, hvor hun flere gange prøver på at få mig til at lægge på og ‘’vente på et opkald’’, som jeg dog afviser og siger at jeg hænger i røret mens hun finder ud af tingene.
Kundeservice fortæller mig at de kun kan levere den d. 7/6. Jeg beder dem om at levere pakken til en pakkeboks så jeg kan hente den når det passer, da jeg ikke kan blive væk fra uni. Det siger hun at de ikke kan og forventer at jeg bliver hjemme en hel dag igen. Jeg siger at jeg selv vil hente den - det skal hun undersøge om jeg må og vil ringe tilbage til mig inden kl 12.
Kl 12:30 har jeg ikke hørt fra hende, så jeg ringer IGEN til kundeservice og får at vide at jeg kan hente pakken på deres lager. Jeg beder vedkommende dobbelttjekke at pakken er i Odense, da jeg i mellemtiden har fået besked om at pakken er i Kolding. Han dobbelttjekker og siger at han ikke ved hvor den er. Efter 30 min ringes jeg op og får at vide at min pakke er i Odense. Jeg kører sammenlagt 30 km for at hente en pakke som Fedex skulle have leveret.

Men det er ikke hele historie…

Torsdag d. 2/6 leverer FedEx en pakke til min adresse, som skulle leveres til OUH. Jeg gør dem opmærksom på det både om d. 2/6 og 3/6.
Da jeg igen nævner det d. 3/6 virker medarbejderen meget overrasket fordi han ikke var blevet informeret og der heller ikke var et notat om det. Jeg giver ham alle de informationer han skal have + mit nr, da en chauffør vil ringe og aftale hvornår han kan afhente pakken. Kundeservice spørger mig om jeg kan aflevere pakken på deres lager, hvilket for det første ikke er min opgave eller mit ansvar og for det andet vejer kassen over 18kg, så jeg siger nej.
Jeg hører ikke mere fra hverken chaufføren eller FedEx.
I dag, tirs. d. 7/6 ringer jeg IGEN til Fedex for at fortælle dem at de skal afhente pakken der tilhører OUH i dag eller i morgen, da jeg ellers smider den ud og ikke kan have den stående ved mig. 
Igen giver jeg dem alle informationer som de skal bruge. Samtidig siger jeg at jeg gerne vil snakke med en fra ledelsen, da min oplevelse ved dem har været under al kritik.
Vi lægger på.
Der går 2 min så ringer en fra kundeservice for at få min adresse som hun kan videregive til chaufføren. Efter yderligere 10 min ringer chaufføren og spørger om han kan hente pakken i morgen - jeg siger ja til at han må hente den efter kl 16:30. Han spørger om han må hente pakken i dag, jeg siger ja da jeg er hjemme resten af dagen (på det her tidspunkt er kl 15). Han siger at han vil se hvilken chauffør der kan komme ud og hente den. Kl er nu 17 og pakken er ikke blevet hentet.
Herefter ringer FedEx supervisoren til mig og jeg fortæller hende om hele min oplevelse og at jeg aldrig har følt mig så dårligt behandlet. 
Supervisoren siger at hendes medarbejdere ikke er ligeglad med deres kunder og at der har været tale om en menneskelig fejl.

Herefter ringer FedEx supervisoren til mig og er absolut uforskammet og en refleksion af den dårlige behandling jeg havde fået ved kundeservice også.

På 4 dage ringede jeg til kundeservice 17x, hver gang i kø i 15-20 min og uden et ordentligt slutresultat. Udover det formår de at levere en pakke der skal på SYGEHUSET til mig og er fuldstændig ligeglade således at det er MIG der ringer dem op 3x for at minde dem om at de skal hente pakken og få den leveret.
Jeg har i sidste ende udført deres arbejde.

Jeg vil på absolut INGEN måde anbefale FedEx. Værste firma, ELENDIG servide. Ikke styr på noget og uforskammet.

Worst service - FedEx is useless

The worst service that I have ever experienced.
My package has been delayed 4 weeks now and I still cannot get a clear answer from Customer support. I have called several times and every time they give me a new delivery date that of course never comes to be the right one. They do not have a picking up station, basically you just have to wait and hope that they actually do the service they are charging you for.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! I have received a messaage that my package is delayed and then no one called me, just received another message that they could not reach me. Tracking number did not work on their website, so I had to call them 3 times and still I have not received the package. Oh and the delivery costs me 13€. NEVER EVER.

Edit. After talking to chat support, they can se my package has not been send and now is in transit. If i had never contacted them i guess i would have never seen my package!?!?!

Most bad delivery company

Package schedule for delivered week ago. But actually packed wasnt in denmark at all. They don't know why driver didn't pick it up. For 4 days. After 3h talking with customers service package still didn't delivered. I pay for fast delivery but that's the slowest that ever ihave seen. Never use that company! Still waiting for my package

The shipping is fast, but…

The shipping is fast, but the customer service is poor. Very poor. Cannot help you with anything and they don’t even reply to your communication. They instead start another communication about something else and ask you to write an email (where you will NEVER get a reply) it is so sad.
Now they even bought TNT, hopefully they will not make the same with them too!

Absolutely useless

My package has been in Copenhagen for a week now, yet I still haven’t received it (I live in cph so how hard can it be to deliver it 8km from the sorting center?)

Terrible communication

Never been contacted on my phone with first delivery attempt, just told I wasn’t home

Second delivery attempt didn’t even happen, the package just stayed in the hub for days

The worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced

Then they tell you to come pick it up, why the hell would I come pick it up if I paid for delivery?
