Below expectations results
The estimated delivery date of 7 working days quickly became 10 and then 17… each time the delay was notified to me on the day of expected delivery. No real customer service experience, just a useless bit. I will never choose FedEx against its competition. Truly, even regular mail shipment is more convenient as it’s at least truthful to the expectations set out from the beginning.
Do yourself a favour and if you buy online, avoid purchasing products shipped with this company because you’ll never get them on time, even if you paid for premium shipping services
Really poor service
Would give no stars if possible. Package original due for delivery according to FedEx themselves on August 29th, now 17th of September still hasn't been delivered. Instead of shipping it to Ireland per my address FedEx shipped it to Singapore, where it sat for a week before being redirected here and now has been in Ireland for 3 weeks and they just keep moving it around facilities in Dublin all whilst telling me "it's stuck in customs" if it was stuck in customs why is FedEx tracking showing me it's been scanned 12 times in the past 3 weeks all at different facilities sometimes going from one to the other and back to the original. So either they lie on the tracking or they are just moving it around facilities rather than delivering. Customer service keep telling me they'll get an update and here we are almost a month later still no package. Asking below for a date of my experience, I've been in contact with customer service since 2nd of Sept when my package was shipped to Singapore instead of Ireland.

Worst "delivery" company ever...
I have never dealt with a company that gives you such a broad delivery window and still fails to deliver. Basically, they tell you they will deliver anytime from 9am to 6pm. You have to cancel all your plans for that day so you can be at home all day just for them to change the delivery date. Zero consideration for anyone. The drivers are clearly a miserable bunch and their managers are no better. Hard to understand how a company like this stills exists in 2024. Absolutely pointless

Parcel eventually delivered august 13th - Galway , all be it by a very courteous and pleasant driver.
Tryed on 5 occasions to contact FedEx , all to no avail…only 1 and 1/2 hours waisted trying to speak to an automated phone system. Shockingly bad bad service from a company you would have thought were leaders in their field. Even the supplier in china personally called me to apologise about the delay, had been watching the parcels progress. If they even had a customer service that you could call and be given some sort of an excuse by a human , however lame or unhelpful !

They are returning my parcel back to the sender. I’m very disappointed. They never called nor offer any alternatives . I’ve tried to contact them but unsuccessful. The customer service is not efficient & The contact number I was instructed to contact linked on QR code is not working . FEDEX customer service has gone to the dogs. I am based in Carlow, Graiguecullen and FedEx location is situated in Kilkenny.

Very poor service. Was forced to use FedEx to receive few items in Ireland and I must say the service is mediocre at best. Major delays with every package I was receiving, poor customer service. Avoid if you can.
I ordered a product from America
I ordered a product from America. Payed the maximum amount for the fastest delivery. Yesterday the 26th of July 2024 I received a request for 38 euros in taxes and additional charges. I PAID VIA PayPal. Today I received another email from FedEx requesting the same payment. I have tried to contact them to no avail. I used their automated service which could not answer my question. Very disappointing considering the cost of the transaction.
Fake rates, glitchy website
They lure you in with fake, low rates and when you sign up to purchase one they disappear, leaving you only with the options that cost hundreds of Euros. They basically scam you into signing up for their service. You also can't remove your credit card details or delete your profile.
The website is really glitchy too.

It is almost impossible to talk to someone and when you do it’s not that department. They dont want to travel from Dublin to Kilkee Co Clare on the off chance I will get fed up and collect it. Good job I ordered on Amazon so can cancel when delivery window has expired . Even the supplier told me Fedex were terrible. Product took two days to get from Poland to Dublin Ireland and seven days later its still sitting in Dublin.
