they charged me 30% more more than a month after the shipment was made because in their view my pack was 24kg instead of 14kg: do they think my scale at home could have made such a huge error without me realising it while lifting the box? obviously no way to complain unless you took a photographic report of size and weighting on the scale! I have been using couriers monthly for years and never happened before, was my first and last time with fedex, shame on you!

Everything about my experience is awful. Starting with the website incapable of completing the registration in full. Bugs and pages that will not upload. That being said, there was nothing left to do but write to the customer service. Despite their false promises, no carrier came to pick up the package. I did spent time and energy for nothing. So unprofessional, this is unacceptable

Questo NON LO HO MESSO IO. In vece FexEx non ha assunto la responsabilità di questo e non mi hanno fatto la consegna fino il pomeriggio tardi del 24/11/26, quando io aveno richiesto specificamente che la consegna fosse fatta il 23/11/26 AL PIÙ PRESTO POSSIBLE.

I am very upset and disappointed with FedEx because the goods were not delivered on the agreed date.
Instead, on 23/11/2026, someone from FedEx entered a “request to change the delivery date” in my portal. This request was not made by me.
FedEx did not take responsibility for what happened, and the delivery was not made until late afternoon on 24/11/2026, even though I had specifically requested that the delivery be made on 23/11/2026 as early as possible.

FedEx Italy’s Inaction Is Putting My Shipment at Risk of Destruction

I am writing this review out of deep frustration with FedEx Italy, whose complete lack of action and communication has placed my shipment in danger of being destroyed.

I purchased a watch from an Italian seller, and the package arrived in Turkey on November 4. Turkish customs requested additional documentation (chemical safety tests) that the seller could not provide, so FedEx Turkey instructed that the shipment must either be returned to Italy or redirected to another EU country.

FedEx Turkey told us very clearly that only FedEx Italy can authorize the return, and that the sender must give approval through the official FedEx Italy system using the reference number C-212586870.

The seller immediately did his part:

He contacted FedEx Italy multiple times by email

He attempted to reach them by phone

He confirmed he is ready to accept the return or redirect the package

He is not refusing anything — he is cooperating fully

Meanwhile, FedEx Turkey informed me today that FedEx Italy has taken absolutely NO action, despite receiving the seller’s requests days ago.

The shipment has been sitting in the FedEx warehouse for nearly 20 days, which is dangerously close to the storage limit. If FedEx Italy continues to ignore the requests, the package will be destroyed, causing financial loss and unnecessary waste — even though both the buyer and seller are cooperating and trying to resolve the issue.

This situation is caused entirely by FedEx Italy’s failure to respond.

Why is FedEx Italy ignoring formal return requests from the sender?

Why is there no communication between FedEx Italy and FedEx Turkey?

Why should a customer lose their property because FedEx Italy refuses to perform a basic action?

I expected professionalism from a global company like FedEx. Instead, I received:

No updates

No replies

No action

No responsibility

I urge FedEx management to investigate this immediately.
A package should never be destroyed simply because FedEx Italy refuses to press a button and authorize a return.

I hope this review finally gets someone’s attention.

I have to put one star but I would like to out zero star. horror story already 2 times. if you don't pay 6000 plus bath they will steal your package. first time I paid, second time I let them steal my stuff. will never order anything ever again.

la mia esperienza con FedEx è stata tra le peggiori possibili pacco mai arrivato è fatto ricevuta di consegna FALSA .la chat on-line sono operatori che non lavorano solo x FedEx ma semplici call center,alla fine riesco a parlare con customer car (persona gentile e disponibile normale da che la FedEx e in errore ) che dopo aver costatato che il Paco non era mai arrivato nella mia zona che si appoggia ad corriere terzo veniva segnalata avvenuta consegna (il sette ottobre prova di consegna datata tre ottobre Falsa fatta nella Sede di Casoria la consegna era a CAPRI non può Casoria dichiarare consegna effettuata dato che chi consegna non è Lei) chiedo ma inutilmente di rimuovere dal sito quello scritto dato che pacco smarrito e nessuna consegna di indagare su Chi ha fatto falso prova di consegna dato che viene effettuata tramite computer e rimangono tracce i.p e univoco forse potrebbe essere a conoscenza di come sia smarrito) ho richiesto che sul Sito sia cambiato lo status in perso , smarrito ,rubato e a togliere la falsa ricevuta ma dicono che non possono ???????????ammettono errore ma poi questa e truffa

In my experience with FedEx it was among the worst possible parcel ever arrived and the delivery receipt was FALSE. The online chat are operators who do not work only for FedEx but simple call centers, in the end I manage to speak to customer car (a kind and helpful person, normal since FedEx is in error) who after having noted that the Paco had never arrived in my area which relies on a third party courier, the delivery was reported (on October 7th proof of delivery dated 3rd October False made in the Casoria office the delivery was in CAPRI Casoria cannot declare delivery made given that the delivery person is not you) I ask, but in vain, to remove the writing from the site given that the package was lost and no delivery to investigate Whoever made a false proof of delivery given that it is carried out via computer and traces remain i.P. And unambiguous perhaps he/she could be aware of how it was lost) I have requested that the status on the Site be changed to lost, lost, stolen and to remove the false receipt but they say they can't ????????????they admit mistake but then this is a scam.

To US’s FedExpress

Please let FedExpress US Headquarters know that you should be fair to all customers when dealing with FedEx in Morocco. My friends and I cannot describe how terrible FedEx Morocco is, as we have had two bad experiences with FedEx Morocco, and the last time, we could not tolerate any more of this evil company's employees.
I sent something from Thailand which was just small empty bottles of 3,6,12 ml about 30 bottles but the shipping cost is 3 times more expensive than normal shipping with Thai post which normal shipping takes no more than 10 days but I expected express shipping with FedEx 4-5 days so I paid but it is very disappointing that almost 3 months the recipient still has not received the item.
The bad things didn't end there. Both me and the recipient in Morocco tried to contact them by phone, but it was very difficult. They didn't care, they just left the matter without telling us where the problem was. When the recipient went to find them, they didn't know anything. They only told us that they needed additional documents, and the recipient sent them all via email. We have proof of sending all the documents.
Until we had to ask FedEx Thailand to help track it for us. Thailand tried to track it for us by sending emails asking for many days. Those bad companies rarely reply to emails. They even lied that the recipient wanted to send the package back, when it wasn't true. We have evidence that we had been tracking the package for many days, so they went quiet. Several days later, FedEx Thailand sent the emails continuously. The bad guys created a new lie by sending the emails back from Thailand saying that they still had not received the documents requested from the recipient. Luckily, the recipient kept the evidence of the date of sending and sent it to them several days ago. We showed it to FedEx Thailand and FedEx Thailand informed them back. And then these idiots just keep doing nothing for days, not caring that many people are contacting them. They don't even inform us what's going on, why they didn't deliver the item to the recipient, why they did this to us. We paid so much more for shipping than the item itself because we expected much better speed and service but disappointed ! It has been more than two months now and I still have not received the item. They are irresponsible and do not care.
We all want the FedEx headquarters in America to do something about FedEx Morocco, they are giving FedEx worldwide a bad reputation because of these selfish idiots like thieves. I have read many bad reviews about FedEx Morocco, don't let these evil people do the same to your customers.

WARNING

WARNING: NEVER SEND A PACKAGE FROM GERMANY ABROAD USING FEDEX!

On November 4, 2024, I sent a package to Morocco via FedEx. It contained a brand-new Lenovo laptop worth around 300 euros, intended for my sister’s studies. I properly filled out and submitted all required documents – such as the import authorization for customs in Morocco – to FedEx. The payment was already deducted from my account on November 21, 2024, even before the package reached its destination.

Upon arrival in Morocco, the package was blocked by customs. FedEx Germany neither informed me nor offered any support to get it released. I had to wait a long time to find out what had happened. Although I submitted the import authorization and paid for the service, I was offered no help – instead, I was told to handle the matter myself. The FedEx Germany customer service even explicitly told me:
“Unfortunately, we have no influence over government customs processing. Once customs clearance is completed, your shipment will be forwarded to you immediately.”
This means that once the package reaches the destination country, FedEx Germany no longer takes responsibility and simply abandons you.

The worst part: My attempts to contact FedEx in Morocco were unsuccessful – either I received no response or they simply hung up. After nearly four months, I finally received information stating that I needed to translate the import authorization into Arabic and provide further details about the laptop. Despite all efforts, my package remains stuck at Moroccan customs. FedEx Morocco ignores my messages, causing the storage fees at customs to continuously increase – from 0 euros to 72 euros in additional costs and still rising.

I submitted all requested documents, but I was blocked by FedEx Germany (germ***@fed***.d*meaning I can no longer reach out to them. As of today (February 22, 2025), my package is still at Moroccan customs, and FedEx remains inactive. The storage fees are now increasing to the point that they match the value of my laptop – 300 euros – and I will likely be told that the package will only be released if I pay another 300 euros. This means I may ultimately lose my laptop.

FedEx Morocco: Delays, negligence, irresponsible company!
FedEx Germany: Unreliable, helpless, and an irresponsible company!

NEVER AGAIN WITH FEDEX!

Awful company

Awful company, my 3 suitcases were never delivered to my location. The tracking was showing they were stuck at a FedEx point. The location address on Google maps is wrong and brought me somewhere else. After one hour struggling to get in touch with someone over the phone, I was finally directed to the right place. An awful, disgusting and rude woman welcomed me saying that my suitcases weren't there, afrer me getting upset finally they found them. Thw tracking number was changed for some reason and if I didn't go there they would have never been delivered. I made a complaint and after one month someone contacted me saying they would have refunded me but they never did and never responded back to me. Just a completely trash company.

They're nothing but a scam operation

They're nothing but a scam operation. I placed an order, "722715-24," for a 6 kg home collection, and they delivered it. But two weeks later, they had the audacity to charge me 150% more, claiming my parcel was 13 kg, which is a blatant lie.

They pull this crap all the time just to squeeze more money out of customers. If there was an issue, they should have told me upfront, but of course, they didn't—because they know exactly what they're doing.

They are trying to defraud us.

They sent us a notification claiming the package was delivered with a fraudulent signature.
We never received the package and think they are fraudsters, taking people's property and signing for it themselves.
On their complaints site they refuse to accept the waybill numbers.

Thieves

After I broke a leg in Austria I sent my luggage through FedEx to my homeplace in Malta and took a flight. Have paid around 120€ for parcel and 60€ for insurance. Parcel has never arrived. It stuck in the warehouse in Italy. Company was postponing luggage research and opening claim case. Finally when they admitted that luggage is lost they deny to pay insurance saying that it’s too late from when it happened. I lost around 3000€ worth of goods in this luggage. Another tragedy after broken leg. I regret I chose this provider, will never do and will warn everybody who would like to use their services. I have a feeling that if I wouldn’t insure the parcel it wouldn’t be tempting for their thieves to steal it!!!

A catalogue of Lies. Paid for express delivery!!! First excuse for non delivery, incorrect address, I made phone call and was told the package would arrive next day, waited all day, next excuse we refused delivery!!, phoned and waited in all day, next excuse the road was broken, phoned again and was told it would arrive the next day, package had now missed the birthday it was ordered for, told to go to a local shop to collect in the morning, no package, told to go back in the afternoon and there it was and we had to pay 29 euros to get it, which i had already paid on purchase of item!!!
DREADFUL SERVICE.
We have deliveries here all the time with NO problems but what annoyed me most were the blatant lies and sheer waste of time!!!

Numerous experiences with FedEx Italy where there were delays (for no reason) and delayed information passed on to me, to even inform me that I could do something to clear the delay.
Upon trying to reach FedEx, it was an almost impossible mission to try to find a phone number to speak with a customer service representative.
The same experience in Germany.
