No clue what they are doing

Ridiculous doesn't even begin to describe Fedex Italy customer service
A package was sent to me from the United States, specifically Texas to Rome, Italy with a 2 day delivery time, at a cost of almost $100 for an envelope weighing less than 12 ounces. On the scheduled delivery date (Friday) not a peep from FedEx about where the package was. The next day I was told that it was held up in Customs and additional information was needed so I contacted them with the necessary details.
Three days pass and still no delivery yet I receive another bill to pay. The bill is paid (customs charge) and the delivery date is changed to Monday. Monday afternoon, another delay, still no package. On Tuesday morning the delivery date was changed once again to Wednesday. At this point the envelope is 5 days late. A call to customer service and the agent hangs up so I have to call back and explain the situation again.
The only saving grace is that the man who finally delivered my package was nice other than that Fedex Italy's customer service truly leaves a lot to be desired and their staff needs to be retrained on how to be professional
I will never use this company again and I cannot recommend them to anybody in good conscience

Unreliable service

I was in Italy for several days and I explicitly asked the delivery to be made on time. On the last day of the trip I got reassured that package was out for delivery (which the website also had shown). Package was not delivered. Customer service numbers are not picking up the phone, virtual assistant is useless. Now the website shows 'delay' and my flight is in few hours, so obvisouly I will not get the package. Very disappointing experience. Luckily their service in other countries is a lot better.

Out for delivery and back to the depot in the afternoon…

I’ll briefly summarise:

Wed: ordered a present on HardRock online in the morning and FedEx gets the parcel in Indianapolis in the afternoon sending me an email that I’ll be receiving it the following Wed!

Thu: from Indianapolis to Paris

Fri: from Paris to Bologna

Mon: in the early morning it transited to Verona and I get an email telling me it’s going to be delivered between 9.30am and 1.30pm so I decide not to go out and do some things I had to not to get a “unable to deliver” notice and have to wait longer or go and pick it up at some depot.
Nothing arrives and after 2pm I see on the site it mentions “by 8pm”. Nothing arrives.

Tue: same as previous day only difference is the time in the afternoon it’s set to “in transit” again.

Wed: I think this is going to be the day but nothing, same “out for delivery” email in the morning and same “in transit” notice in the afternoon.

Thu: I finally get my parcel by lunch time just in time because on Friday we had to leave for a few weeks.

Thank you FedEx for keeping me excited!

They steal money from people's pockets

They deliver in December and the operatore, on delivery, ask me to pay 40 euros of custom. I pay. No receipt, no nothing back.
After a couple of months they send me by post a letter, where they threaten me to sue me if I don't pay those 40 euros. I pay them via bank transfer and then I open a case to have my 40 euros back. Guess what? The operator who delivered pocketed the first 40 euros for himself and then they wanted me to pay double, as though it was possible that the delivery man gave me the package if I had refused to pay the costum... These people are scammers!!!

Delivery never happened, they didn’t try to reach me

In the last year I was supposed to be delivered twice by FedEx Italy, but the packages never arrived.
They didn’t even try to reach me in any way, just send the items back.
Our building has a concierge who receives all the packages. If supposedly he was not there, FedEx had my contact details and they should have called me, but they never did. Besides that I was always present at the address the day when I was supposed to be delivered.
The last time they sent the item back to the sender, saying that I refused to pay the taxes… I wasn’t contacted in any way about those taxes, just found a letter in my mailbox after 4 days. This is ridiculous!

A horrible company

A horrible company, no professionals, employees trained to lie to customers!
Experience: parcel stopped in Lonate Pozzolo in Italy of which there is no news since January 3, 2022. Over sixteen days, after several phone calls, complaints and promises of updates, no one has yet been heard. At first they told me that the package was under inspection, a week later, probably a more sincere assistant than the others reveals the truth and tells me that the package is not locatable and that within 24 hours I will be called back for updates. I'm still waiting! I will sue them through my attorney for damages!
BE ASHAMED, YOU ARE MAYBE THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET!

This incompetent company lost my…

This incompetent company lost my package one week ago. In 7 days they haven't been able to do anything for me, despite I called them every day. They continue changing their version of what happened to cover the incompetence of somebody who lost the package or delivered it to the wrong address. I want my package back or a full refund to be provided without further wasting my time.
Also, they do not note down what we discussed during our calls, so every time I called I was receiving the same lie: "according to our system your package was delivered".
This is extremely frustrating. The company does not deliver a reliable service: better to avoid it.

Really bad for shipping

Are days that I have to receive my parcel in Berlin, but from the tracking, it looks lost before in Hamburg and after in other cities.

I tried to contact few times customer service but unfortunately, they never answer.

I suggest to don't use this service.
