Stolen parcel worth €267

15/08/2024 - placed an order in the Spanish web store Adamina worth €267.30 with shipment to the Netherlands, where I was staying at that time

22/08/2024 - alleged delivery of a parcel to Noordbroek (Netherlands) to the hotel where I was staying at the time - the parcel was allegedly received by a person signed H.POSTMA, but no one with that name works at that hotel

27/08/2024 - received an email from the local Fedex branch (this courier company handled the delivery of the order) - Fedex employees claim that the courier definitely delivered the parcel

04/09/2024 - filing a complaint on the Fedex website due to the loss of the parcel

10-11/09/2024 - email sent twice to Adamina store (the Seller and Sender of the parcel) asking for help with the loss of my parcel - Adamina's staff responds that my parcel was delivered and sends a confirmation of delivery with the signature of H.POSTMA, that is a suspicious person who is not a hotel employee, Adamina personnel doesn't offer any help

19/09/2024 - after two weeks Fedex confirms registration of my case reported on 04/09/2024

01/11/2024 - email sent to Fedex asking about the status of the case and for sending explanations

05/11/2024 - Fedex claims that only the Seller/Sender of the parcel can file a complaint regarding the missing shipment - on the same day I send all correspondence between me and Fedex to the Adamina store customer service with another request for help - the Adamina store service again claims that the package has been delivered (they quote the content of the email from 09/11/2024) and do not offer any help

In summary - my parcel worth almost 270 Euro was stolen and despite my best efforts to get help from the Seller, the Adamina store, or from the delivery company, Fedex, I did not receive any help. Adamina claims that the parcel was delivered, referring to the confirmation from the Fedex website. Fedex claims that they cannot initiate proceedings regarding the missing parcel until the Seller/Sender reports the case. Everyone is ignoring my case and I have neither jewelry nor 270 Euro. I will never recommend Fedex as the delivery company to anyone.

Worst pick-up service ever

Worst pick-up service ever, simply because even if you set a pick-up time, they can change it without your approvsl.
Even if you escalate it to a manager (who will assure you that this won't happen again) the situation will not change. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.
Nobody will give me back the time I lost waiting for their drivers outside of my working hours.

Stay away from FEDex

I am living in the Netherlands and always had issues with this delivery company. Not only because of the fact that it is basically impossible to reach a real person since they only have the AI customer service but also due to the fact that this AI assistant can not help at all with more complex issues than simple tracking. I requested a different shipment date which was declined after which I could place a new one. This would not be a problem if I could change the delivery address or time, but unfortunately that I also can't do. Nor can I pick the package up somewhere. So after the final attempt my package will be send back. Nice. Next time I will choose DHL.

Collection costs

Oh wow. Such bad review (not surprised). I recently had something delivered from outside Europe for which you have to pay clearance costs I think. I received the parcel but have not received the invoice to pay FEDEX. For 9 EUR amount they have sent me some about some months after a collection invoice of 40 EUR. So if you order something. So if you order something and the postal office does not add the invoice, expect to pay collection costs. I hope I don't deal with them anymore.

they throw out people that have some health problems

Company that don't care about own employees at all and they abuse them. They lie to you for more than half of a year when they find out about yours health problems and you ask if there are any issues about future work - they tell everything is ok and to don't be afraid. They don't care that you loose time that you could spent on searching for new job - they prefer to throw more lies, because again - they don't care at all about you and it's easier for them to throw more lies. This is of course only small part of how they threated me but I believe it's enough to see how evil they are.

Packages are also completely ignored but I think that's nothing new.

Bad work, Lying me to wait for nothing!

Maar via de website stond dat die nog in het sorteercentrum was, en morgen kwam maar morgen komt er nooit??? wat een slecht bedrijf, alle Amerikaanse bedrijven hebben een overeenkomst om slecht te werken???

Update : Ze hebben de optie om het adres te veranderen maar brengen uiteindelijk niet naar mijn nieuwe adres, zeggen verkeerd adres, ze hebben de optie voor? Ik bel meer dan 3 keer om mijn adres en mijn telefoonnummer te vragen, niemand belt om me informatie te geven, ik bel ze updaten mijn info nooit? Dan moet ik wachten op hun slechte werk zonder hersenen, nu is het 3 dagen voor niets 2 dagen, dus betalen ze me 400.- euro, [200 euro per dag] of niet dat ik moet wachten op dit slechte werk?!? Erg belachelijk.

Mijn pakket moet door heel NL rijden voor dit slechte werk en slechte systeem, net als een baby die een spelletje speelt!

Then I must wait for their bad work with no brain, now its 3 days for nothing 2days, so they pay me 400.- euro, [200euro a day] or not that I have to wait for this bad work?!? Very Ridiculous.

My package must run all around NL for this bad work and bad system just like a baby they playing game!

Parcel not collected, Impossible to get on the phone

We used a third party online to book this Fedex service and send a document to arrive within 1-2 days. Drop off point said the driver never came to collect the parcel. Then when we tried to contact by phone, you only get a virtual assistant and since we don't have a Fedex account number, you get referred to their website. Paid £ 30 for nothing, refund claim now as the document will not be on time.

I contact FedEx about ten times. The helpdesk has no tools at all. They cannot help the client. De backoffice never answers. Even by escalation no respons. A very bad company, They are not interested at all in the problems of the client

420% service fee

Fedex NL charged me 94.78 euros service fee for handling 22.61 euros import taxes. After dealing with broken chatbots, broken web portals, and extremely slow customer service to find out why this is, they told me it's because they had to count 16 items in my order. So they charge that amount of money for being able to count to 16.

I wish I could have given zero stars

I wish I could have given zero stars. Horrible service, incompetent and useless customer service representatives and even their Fedex Virtual Assistant is an absolute idiot bot.
I was waiting for a package to be shipped from the US to Canada. They did not update their tracking, asked for customs that I paid, then I discovered a week later that they had already rerouted my shipment back to the US without informing me.
When I was finally able to reach a human and speak to them, they were all incompetent people that took zero responsibility and were unable to do a single thing to help.

FEDEX fails to delivery on expensive next day air

We paid for next day shipping by 10 am. The package arrived 23 hours “late” so it took 2 days. We paid $158.00 for poor service. FedEx refused to refund the money claiming non-existent weather issues. I won’t use FEDEX shipping due to their unprofessional and irresponsible customer service. They need a better model if they hope to keep customers.

Double over charge by FedEx

The new clerk charged me $10 for a $3.75 box. I caught it before I left the store. What I didn't catch was that the clerk put "express" on the receipt. I requested GROUND! I've NEVER shipped express. My receipt says $24.50. They have hit my bank account for 90.27, and refuse to correct the clerks error. I shouldn't be penalized for a badly trained clerk. I have reported them to the BBB and will take them to court if necessary to get my $66 refund.

FedEx is the worse of the mfkn worse

FedEx is the worse of the mfkn worse. I called four times and filed four complaints about my missing package with no follow-up response from them. The FedEx driver refuses to deliver packages to my porch and instead, delivers to the leasing office, causing me to push and drag heavy packages down the street to my front porch/patio. Even though, their customer service says I have permanent instructions to deliver to my porch, they are otherwise useless. 0 star.

To the fed x driver that was driving I wrong lane in Rock Hill 07-23-24 at 11:00 on southlawn ln. You put me, yourself and others drivers at risk while you whipped around me on a curve and yelled blank you- well right back at you and try being professional next time. I tried to call and report it but it's next to impossible to get a human on the phone. No wonder brown beats you down

Deliveries never on time promised, requesting online "holds" doesn't work

Deliveries almost always a few hours later than promised in messages FedEx sends me. For example, message promised delivery between 10:00 and 12:00p. Actually arrives around 3:30 - 4:30p. Result is I spend several hours expecting delivery at any time, wasting much of a day for nothing. Contrast this with another large brown delivery service which usually meets delivery expectations, but more importantly has GPS on trucks so I can actually track delivery and know whether truck is near me or still 15 miles away.
Two weeks ago I realized a "signature required" was coming when I would be traveling. I went on FedEx, requested 2-week vacation hold and it was confirmed. In a day or two I began getting messages that FedEx had tried to deliver my package but no one home. I went online and requested deliver and hold at local FedEx agent facility. Next day, FedEx reports still trying to deliver package but no one home. I notified the business sending me the package I will place no more orders with them as long as risk of having items sent via FedEX. I am old enough to remember when FedEx was the "gold standard." Now it seems so amateurish.

Worst transfer company ever

Hello, I had shipment number 776822330733 with FedEx which is only document paper. It was supposed to deliver on 18/6/2024 but til 27/6 there was nothing. Every time I contact them, they said it is held by customs which is not logic at all for paper document. The service of contact was very bad I have tried everything I sent emails no one answered. I used vertiual chat and said someone will call you back but nothing. Finally I went my self to thier office in Machlen who did not help either. I have been myself to the customs building next to them and picked my parcel myself. That experience was a nightmare. This was original document for a container in Antwerp to release and every day of delay costs me a lot of money. I don't recommend this company at all. This the last time to deal with.

Shocking DO NOT USE FEDEX SOUTH AFRICA - paid for collection and shipment of documents from Johannesburg to London on 14 June - nothing collected by 19 June - had to phone three times and email and even though was due to arrive in London by 20 June as leaving London on 21 June now told will only be delivered by 27 June - shocking service , rude customer service and waste of time and money - completely incompetent! So much for a courier company - they can’t even get an 0.3 kg envelope to London !!!!

Courier service without service

I’m surprised that this company still exists and people still using it. I thought by now, many ex-customers will sue them. My package went missing, they don’t give a damn, nor even tried the slightest to help. FedEx Customer service is non-existent. All form of communication (phone line, email, chat box) are bots generated. Application online is outdated, doesn’t work properly, especially for managing package. Delivery is erratic and uncoordinated. Only able choose once, on how would I like my package delivered. Once you missed that delivery, you basically screwed. No other way to manage the second delivery (that’s in my experience). Couldn’t even choose to leave package in the nearest depot. You expect to be home all day-all week, just to wait for your package because no delivery time provided. Preferably waiting your package in front of your door steps. Some times driver comes sometimes don’t. When driver comes at the same day as schedule (quite rare), that’s your lucky day. If could give one star, I would. Please spend your money else where. DHL and DPD provides better service. At least they have proper customer service you can talk to, in case you need assistance.

Fedex Netherlands

Fedex Netherlands, waiting on my package for 2,5 weeks now. I haven't been home and they just take it back. Communication with customer service is not good. And why not just deliver it at my neigbours or some local dropoff point? This company is a joke compared to Post NL.

NIGHTMARE experience with FedEx

This delivery seems to be a nightmare. I ordered an item on May 5th. But I realized I made a mistake adding the address. From that moment on a real nightmare. My package has been at the FedEx destination facility SCHIPHOL RIJK NL since May 9th (today is the 16th). I have called them multiple times, trying to figure out why, after getting the right address, my package is still being held at the property. Nobody could give me an answer. But the website keeps saying for 5 days that delivery will be made during the day. So I stayed home for 5 days.
Worst service ever received. Never again with FedEx.
