What a terrible company

What a terrible company. Yesterday I had to stay the whole day at home for a delivery. Today the should deliver between 10 and 15. Still not there. This must be the worst postal service in the world!!!

Never work with this company if you…

Never work with this company if you want thats your package stolen/ disappear/ getting your package after 1 year !!! And if something’s happens with your package and your package is in them hands !!! Fedex should undergo criminal…

Fedex should undergo criminal investigation, on the verge of fraud. They don't offer any support at all, and provide the customer with NO options such as a different day, timespan, or relocate to the pickup point making it impossible to receive the package.

DHL, UPS, DPD, and PostNL are all 100 times more professional and organized. Save yourself the headache and boycott this service if you can.

Don't Follow Instructions and Don't Care About Inconveniences

I had instructions on a delivery to place it on my doorstep. They left it at the bottom of the stairs and I can't lift it. I called customer service and they basically said that they can't guarantee that the driver would be WILLING to come back and follow the instructions. I'm now trying to find someone to bring it up the stairs. The poorest of customer service.

I don't use FedEx if I can avoid it in the NL.

It really is such a terrible experience and I beg companies not to send things to me through FedEx. Here is what is wrong:

No telephone number. When you call the general FedEx number you get an automated response for Netherlands and then cut off.
Online Bot has a number of automated generic responses.
You cannot delay mail for another day or have it routed to an alternative address for you to pick up.
If you miss the slot for whatever reason it is automatically returned to sender. No note to try again or to try and pick up from an alternative vendor.
If you do get mail from overseas you usually get a tax form to letter afterwards - even if the item is not eligible for tax. Trying to find someone to help dispute/ query this in FedEx is impossible. I've just given up and pay them.

They don't deliver and threaten to send packages back. If you ask for help in the chat, they just cancel the chat if they don't want to help you. You can't call them though.

I am glad most people have rated this funny delivery company 1 star.

They collected tax on product for which the tax is already paid.

I rejected the delivery of that product because I do not want to educate Fedex that they shouldn't charge that tax.

After the delivery is rejected they still sent emails to collect that tax (even though I already told them I rejected the delivery with all the associated information).

It's funny to look at all those emails from Fedex in my mailbox asking for the same thing, if feels like ppl working at Fedex don't communicate to each other.

From now on for each additional email I receive about the case I described, I am gonna rate another 1 star here ;)

FedEx is the worst…

I have spoken to FedEx so many times about my packages being delivered outside of my business open hours and they still show up at 9 am when the office is not open the leave a tag for delivery on a day we are not even open at all!! They are the worst and it’s crazy that I have to call every time I have a package. These are people’s meds and they are overnighted for a reason.

Worst Service Ever

Worst customer experience ever. I had a pick-up scheduled for today and despite having waited the whole day, the courier never passed by. I find it even more unprofessional that they don't even try to call the customers and / or to ring the intercom.

Terrible all around service

Terrible all around service. I received a call that my package could not be delivered due to icy roads. There is literally no ice on the roads. I was informed that I could have this package left at a drugstore that is located in a town that is further away than the closest town with a drugstore. I then called customer service to have this location updated to the nearest drugstore. Unfortunately, I was informed that you can't have a package delivered to a commercial location even though this was the initial recommendation from the driver. This is in spite of the fact that it has been SOP to have packages delivered to the local drugstore for years. Lastly I was informed that only the shipper can change the address. If this was the case, then why was I called? The customer service rep didn't listen to anything I had to say and just started reading the call script without trying to understand the issue. Bush league all round.

Paid for express shipping, but it wasn't.

Paid for express shipping, got delivered 3 days later due to wind at the airport apparently... no biggy solved it with the customer (waived express shipping fee) but Fedex fell back on their "act of god" terms and says too bad buddy, you paid for express, and even though you didn't receive the express treatment we still did our best !

Imagine if the Express is part of your business name... you kinda wanna protect this,

One month delay, without any notice

My order didn't come because TNT Express wrote wrong address.

They never called me to inform me about it.

When I was calling them to find out what hapenned, they seemed to be completely unaware and unable to provide me with an honest and consistent response. I had to call more than 3 or 4 times to check why my package had still not arrived. I had to always repeat the story from the beginning. All of them were saying that the package would come in a couple of days and it never did.

Overall, it took a month and many lengthy phone calls.

From their side they never called me or mailed me to inform me about any delay or issue, and they never even apologised.

Mistakes can hapen of course but it is crucial to be able to provide some information and then to be able to provide a solution to the customers. Also, it is important you have some record for each case so that we do not have to repeat everything from the beginning, it would be very helpful if the customer service is able to see the history.

Useless company - awful service

Useless company! Still in the stone age. Too stupid to process a payment when using a non-US credit card. I was trying to get a package delivered from my US company address to my sister in the US. I live in Switzerland so figured it shouldn't be too much of a challenge for a 'global' company but nope, they blocked my Swiss credit card (AMEX) payment without any suggested solutions. Even after unblocking my card and trying again exactly the same result. When I clicked on the contact tab to get the customer service number it went to the start page and lost all the shipment information I entered, and worse I was kept waiting on the phone for ever listening to moronic music and messages. Totally exasperated I hung up and went to DHL. Way more professional than these muppets...

They took the package a week ago

They took the package a week ago. (Hasselt, BE to Rotterdam, NL). There is no invoice showing on our account, and the tracking says 'in transit/delayed', but the customer/recipient has been told to pay 100% import duty (i.e.?? from another EU country?). No way to contact them and even the online chat says they can't do anything to help! No telephone contact available and via email 'we try to respond in 5-10 days!'. Definitely not a service to use!!

Never again - irresponsible company

Every day for the last 3 weeks they have been making "delivery attempts" which are not actually being made. Every day I track information that the client was not at home or the business was closed - which is not true because my husband is at home every day. We put a note on the door outside for the courier so that he knows how to use the home phone + they have our number in case of problems. There was no one there, they didn't even try to deliver. We called Fedex several times, but they are of no help, every day they promise that there will be a package the next day and apologize for the problems and that's it every time we call. They are useless. I will never use their services again.
