Never ship with this company, it is a scam.

If you have the change. Ship by DHL, UPS or other company. already 1 year...yes 1 year waiting for a reply on wrongly mentioned prices by booking my shipment. No one helps, no one tells. It is crazy. That companies like this can still exist is the biggest joke.

Package already delayed 1 week without any update from FedEx. It’s not possible to open a ticket online, or speak to someone about the problem. The only information available is that they don’t know when it’s going to be delivered

Almost impossible to speak to agent

Almost impossible to speak to agent, also via the online chat.
I was on hold in the chat for over an hour, TWICE and in both cases being redirected back to the virtual agent.
When phoning all it did was trying to redirect me back to the virtual agent. It asked me if I wanted to review, and then I got kicked out again.
My parcel is on hold for over 2 weeks now and nobody is arrranging anything.
When after all efforts I eventually did speak to an agent on the phone: Simple and perfect service.

company that kicks people with health problems

This company is just a joke. They don't care about packages and worse thing is that they don't care about employees. You start having health issues? Ok, Fedex will kick you telling - "there is no more work at this moment" while they hiring new people. This is really pathetic and I hope they will get the justice in some point.

Unreliable, falsified signature and terrible service

For days I was home waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered. At the end of each day I got a notification that the package was ‘delayed’. On the third day I contacted customer service. They claimed there had been two attempted deliveries, but I had been home both days. The driver was apparently going to the wrong door. I left additional instructions and my phone number. The next day again I waited. Midday I received a notification that the package had been delivered and *signed for my me * … I raced downstairs, no FedEx van in the street. I checked with neighbours and no one has my package. Chasing customer service now for days and they just don’t answer…. Ridiculous

Worse service ever

Worse service ever. You make an agreement and they do whatever they please. No consideration for the client.
Don’t even try to contact them, unless you feel like wasting an hour of your life. They claim to be so busy with customer service, no surprise here, we all want to know where are parcels are!!!!

Delivered at the complete wrong…

Delivered at the complete wrong address. Not just different house, street or city, but an entirely different province.
I honestly cannot imagine how you can make that mistake.

AWAFUL

AWAFUL! Still don't have my parcel and user service is not answering any of my requests for information.
The most expensive and worse courier system I've ever came across.
Not only they don't bother ringing the bell of the house they have to deliver the parcel to (we'd been home the entire day, have a working bell and see the street from where I work) they deliver it straight to a neighbour and don't disclose the address number. That at the price of more than 25euros...
What a rip-off!

overpromise and underdeliver

Honestly, I have no clue how this company remains open. We do about 70 grand a year in shipping services, and I refuse to use FedEx, I can tell you out that out of 10 packages sent 3 at best would get to their destination on time, the other 7 were either late or were lost in transit. I have since switched to UPS haven't had any issues so far.

Debt collection threathning

Fedex did a good job on delevering in time my parcel out of china into the netherlands. A few days later i recieved an invoice for duty and taxes which i paid right away. After a month the send me a letter that i not have paid the invoice (thats not true i checked my bankaccount). If you disagree with the letter you cannot mail or call them, you have to follow the proces with scanning a 3D barcode to get to a fedex page were you can tell them that you already paid..heard nothing for 3 weeks and now they send me anotr letter that i have to pay otherwise the will handover to a debt collection party. What a bad service and what a bad way to treath your customers! Just do your job and send me the letter that i already have paid!

FedEx was supposed to deliver today, stayed at home (WFH) then said they would deliver tomorrow, so I went to the office, now they notified me again that they ARE delivering today.

Useless incompetent company.

No customer service you can only talk with a robot.

My parcel was sent out for delivery and was taken back because the said the address was wrong, although the address was correctly written. I tried calling customer service to verify the problem and I have been unable to talk with a human being. They have a bot that reads out the shipping details.
This just shows complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It’s my first time using FedEx and I’m disappointed. I have tried other delivery services like dhl and ups they’re more reliable and at least if something goes wrong there are humans to talk with.

Worst shipping company so far

I ordered a rug from abroad. The estimated delivery was marked as the end of July. Since I am moving to my place in mid July, I marked my delivery address as the new address.

On 6 July, I received a message from FedEx saying that I will receive the package TODAY and I need to pay customs. I panicked because there is nobody at that house until I move in, and contacted the customer service. I explained the situation plain and simple and I asked: Can I change the delivery date to 14th July, or if it has to be delivered before, can I change the delivery address to my current address?

The customer service agent said he changed the address, and it should be delievered tomorrow to my new address. I asked for confirmation, and he said our chat is the confirmation.

After contacting the customer service 4-5 times more in the last week, I sit here writing this review. Each time I was promised it will be delivered "tomorrow": "I am taking this to the urgent list, so it'll be delivered tomorrow","it is unfortunately not be delivered today but definitely tomorrow. Would you like it to be left at the door? Ok, it will be left at the door". I still don't have my rug, and apparently it will be delivered here at my current address, on the 17th July - 3 days after I move to the new address. Mind you, each time I contacted the customer service I explained that it is an urgent topic because I will move to another address on 14th July.

Today when I heard yet again that I will not be getting my rug today.. I just said ok. Leave it. Don't reroute it. Don't touch the issue again. Don't give me the case number. Because God knows what is going to happen if I they try that again. I will literally wait in front of the door of the apartment on the 17th to receive my rug and find a way to carry it to my new address.

Shame on FedEx. Customer service has nothing to do with the incompetency of FedEx about delivering the package on time and informing the last minute about it. However, it does have something to do with the misinformation and not reading the issue properly.

UPDATE: It's 17th July, the rug still didn't come, because FedEx transferred the shipping to TNT and they lost my confirmation of customs payment... Can't reach a soul from TNT. FedEx Customer Service agent Milo shut down the chat on me :)):)

UPDATE: It's August 7th, I still don't have the rug. I sent the customs fee invoice to 4-5 different email addresses until now. Customer service assured me it was convyed to the related departments. Today I received a phone call that they can't release the shipment because "the invoice is missing". I honestly lost it. I don't know what to do.

The worst logistics company in the world !!!

FedEx (Netherland) have delivered my parcel to a random house but have not supplied any address only initials of a name.

I have tried calling all morning, trying every option possible to speak to an agent. Each and every option I select informs me to go to their website for more information, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to speak to any customer service. Absolutely awful company, making issues for 1000s of customers to simply reduce their labour expenses.

No I have no way of retrieving my parcel, how can a courier company operate like this ?

NEVER USE FEDEX !!

It’s the worst service ever

It’s the worst service ever. The delivered my package to someone else, at 437 numbers away in the same street from my building. How can you make someone sign to accept a package from someone else ? It’s not profesional at all and now they do not want take responsibility saying it has been delivered ! You should be ashamed ! Do not trust them !
