While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Feefo operates as a closed platform, meaning we ensure that only verified customers—those who have actually used a product or service—can leave reviews. This approach helps maintain the credibility and reliability of the feedback you see on our site. In contrast, open platforms allow anyone to submit reviews, which can sometimes lead to less reliable or biased feedback. We believe that by verifying customers, we offer a more accurate reflection of user experiences.

Spoke to sophia today amazing friendly professional service made it so much easier
I received an email from them asking me to review a purchase I’d made over a year ago - a Haier tumble dryer. Clicked on the link, wrote a pretty detailed review explaining what all the issues with the machine were and why I felt it was terrible value for money at the high price we paid for it. I left a 1 star rating.
Feefo emailed me a few days later stating “your review has been partially published - Our moderation team rejected certain parts of your review for the following reason(s):
Compliance
We believe it’s breaking some moderation rules all feedback must pass.”
There was a link to see my review, so I clicked on because I was interested in what exactly had been moderated. To my surprise, they had removed my whole review, and changed my rating from 1 star, to 5 star!
The email contained a link to contact their support so I could get clarification on why they’d not published my review properly. Sent two emails, no response at all, although a few weeks later, “my” 5 star review had been removed.
What exactly is the point in asking customers to review products, if you’re then not going to publish the details of their experience? Pointless, and a waste of my time.
Can't even register to post a review ! What sort of business is this ? Absolute joke.
I received an email from them, asking Victoria to review a microwave she purchased....???
Firstly, I am NOT Victoria, and I have not purchased a microwave from Hughes (or anyone else).
FEEFO, I advise you to check who you are sending emails to.
I'm absolutely over the moon with the service this company provided and the quality of the wallpaper. The delivery was very speedy . The wallpaper is excellent. I would definately recommend. Good price too.
Great Review company unlike others. Allow good reviews.
Normally I write helpful review for clothes, regarding sizing etc. I don’t normally write bad reviews unless it’s exceptionally poor quality, because in all honesty you would just return it and move on right? However, I noticed on Next I wanted to review a bath mat that quite honestly I wouldn’t have paid 50p for by the time I washed it, it was just awful!! I should have returned it initially but needed one that night and ordered offline so couldn’t check it out instore. Anyway, Feefo don’t seem to be accepting reviews? No idea how people get comments on next stuff!
A decent review company doesn't filter the negative ones out for its clients...
Not a genuine review service. They ask for reviews but only publish the good ones. Not to be trusted.
They keep spamming me for a review. The feedback asks intrusive questions and I have no idea what I am supposed to have bought. Go away!!!
They only publish the "good comments"
i applied at everyday loans based at sunderland for a loan i had appointment i got lost rang them up and explained they were really helpful giving me directions to there branch i arrived and was given a very warm welcome my appointment was with josh who was absolutely lovely he went through the procedure with professional manner i understood everything also the branch manager was also professional very friendly
I wrote a very honest review for Feefo about the purchase experience of buying a laptop from Laptops Direct. It wasn't good. It didn't meet their editrial guidelines, so it was not published. Just for the hell of it, I've decided to post the review here to allow others to see what was wrong with it:
"So to summarise
- Sales order processing and delivery - pretty good, but would prefer split shipments to be identified at sales order entry point, rather that dispatch.
- Customer services - well intentioned and scrupulously polite, but ineffectual - let down by limited information about the products that they sell.
- Buy here again? Very unlikely. Did not feel like a valued customer throughout the whole customer service journey."
Outrageous eh? Don't know how I had the nerve....
This company invites buyers to provide honest reviews but refuses to publish them if they in any way comment negatively about the clients paying for them to collect the reviews. To my mind this is totally dishonest.
I would give them Zero if I could. I posted a true and honest experience of a Car purchase. The company Zed Specialists of Luton sold us a Lemon and effectively stole £4700 of our money. No sign of the negative review and they are given 5 stars. An absolute joke of a review site. The car we bought had a history of cooling system problems. It even had parts from a 2010 car on a 2016 vehicle. WE had an IVIS independent review who identified that the problems were pre existing but the very arrogant dodgy dealer said they were our fault. Both Feefo and ZED Specialists should be closed down.
I filled out a review on feefo for a car tool bought from a well known store, the tool was of poor quality and snapped after a few uses,ut was returned for a full refund, feefo refused to publish and the email reply i got from them read like only positive reviews are welcome and negative reviews are quashed. Rhey cired the reason as my review might confuse customers who bought item from other stores. What a copout. I dont rrust feefo reviews
They want only positive reviews, otherwise youve got mail it has been rejected.
And you must ask what to change.
I already know that and i will not do that!
Feefo is a company designed to help businesses who operate illegally without obeying UK laws. They will not post authentic negative reviews . They bar any real criticism of a company. Scum !!!
I tried to submit the a review on Feefo which was requested by Feefo for Enjoy Travel, but their Moderation team rejected. My reservation number is ENJ-82824215 for Enjoy Travel. I wanted to submit below as review for Enjoy Travel byt Feefo refused to upload it. What is the point to request a review and then you reject it?
"Do not hire any car through Enjoytravel.com. I was given a car from Gold Car. Their Euro to GBP conversion rate is extremely bad. They took an extra £80 from me.
I booked a car for €87 and paid a total of £1147 (including deposit and security). However, I was refunded only £1001.
When I inquired about the rest of the money, they simply replied that they had returned all the euros. They act as though we don't understand how the pounds to euros conversion works.
I used other car companies during the same week, and they refunded me the full amount."
I can only agree with the other poor reviews on here that Feefo lose all credibility when they favour the business over the customer when it is clear the business deserves an honest but bad review. Awful
