Very poor and disappointing experience

Very poor and disappointing experience, ordered frames and scratch proof lenses, within 6 months the lenses were completly fogged and scratched, really poor quality, I complained to Feel Good Contacts and they were not interested, point blankly refused any kind of warranty fix, in the end I contacted their governing body to complain (General Optical Council) within 24 hours I was offered new replacement lenses, unfortunately I had already purchased replacements from another supplier so I was given a refund, ridiculous really, who makes these decisions within these businesses is baffling, it could have been a win win for FGC had they offered some kind of warranty fix, I would have been happy and left good feed back for them but they chose to play hardball with me, offered zero customer service, they could not careless that they had supplied poor quality, cheap substandard lenses to me and then in the end they refund me anyway LOL ridiculous, and now they have a cheesed off customer whos leaving negative feed back, you have to question where they get their decision makers from? the problem with their gene pool is that there is no lifeguard.....

Avoid like the plague.
How they get away with it I have no idea!!
I’ve returned my glasses over a week ago via Royal Mail pick up.
I’ve checked it’s been delivered and I’m still awaiting my refund.

Feel Bad contact lens

When it said reorder,I pressed Reorder ,only it changed the boxes to 2 not one !
Which I never have had or bought before!
Taking double money,I cancelled straight away.
They took my money now having to wait for refund,CON artists.
Contacted them awful call centre
Don't buy
Feel good contacts,you could feel BAD
They know what they're doing.

Missing boxes of lenses
I only ordered from this website as I needed contact lenses in a hurry. Cutting out the opticians middle man seemed like a good idea.
My package was delivered the next day by Evri.
However there were three boxes of contact lenses missing.
I contacted customer services who requested photos of the box, then they asked about the box, if it was damaged or not. I provided all the requested information, but now they've gone quiet on me.
I have requested a refund for the lenses they failed to deliver, but I sense they are delaying things.
At this rate I will have to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Dangerous disregard for eye health to save £17.45

I ordered contact lenses with next-day delivery on 7 September. Evri failed to deliver, and despite me raising a case with them and repeatedly contacting Feel Good Contacts, I was told I simply had to “wait and see.”

Only after much back-and-forth quoting the Consumer Rights Act did they finally agree to send a replacement box — at the small value of just £17.45. To make matters worse, they then instructed Evri to try and recall the original box!

This approach shows a complete lack of ethics or concern for customer health. I explained clearly that I was having to re-wear the same daily disposable lenses for over four days because of this failure — something that carries medical risk. Instead of prioritising their customer, they chose to prioritise saving £17.45.

Yes, they refunded my £4 delivery fee, but that misses the point. A responsible company would have ensured their customer received what they paid for without delay or added risk, and simply allowed me to keep the original box if it ever arrived.

A very disappointing and unethical experience.

Scammers

Emailed me to say rewards had ended, but didn't bother reminding me or making me aware that any reward points existed and attached a 10% discount for loyalty they say. I replied to them about how they write to tell me of expiration but not that reward points existed, no reminders, no deadline acknowledgement. They replied again and said 'sorry you feel this way, so as a ''gesture of good will'' we'll give you 10% to use until 15 of September' but not taking into consideration that they already emailed me this offer before the complaint was made. So they lied to me by using an offer they sent to all customers as a ''gesture of good will'' and made it out to be for me personally

Never received order

Never received order, customer service non existent. Wasted two weeks of my time. Now I have no sunglasses for my holiday. Customer service won’t answer the phone

Poor customer service and absolutely…

Poor customer service and absolutely have the worst delivery partner with evri ( enough said)
Left my expensive parcel out on a main pavement next to rubbish bins on a public road!! Thankfully my CCTV picked the footage otherwise I would have been robbed.
Awful company to order from they couldn’t care less about their customers! I’ve stopped ordering from them permanently.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful . Do not send out goods . Stated evri delivered on my doorstep on a completely different date . Refused to refund whilst I could price I was away as I was given a different date . No refund . FOS will sort this guys.

Received fake Acuvue moist contact lenses. I also tried on numerous occasions to complain about another sub optimal contact lense brand but was asked for the prescription, surely they can see previous orders and that i didnt order the incorrect lense, made me feel like I'm stupid! Will never use this company again!! Just spent money on 2 sets of contact lense brands and both are so uncomfortable to wear.

What’s happened guys? You used to be so quick but my last order is taking ages. Something must have changed in the supply chain. Such a shame as your previous service was 5 star. I have always been so pleased with the Comfi lenses as well. I wait patiently for my order..

I have used Feel Good contacts for a…

I have used Feel Good contacts for a while now but disappointed with my recent experience .I placed an order and realised it was the wrong prescription. Straightaway within seconds I called their number. Spoke to an agent who advised he can see my order just come in and change the prescription . I should get the right prescription as order hasn’t been processed or dispatched . Guess what ? I got the wrong prescription in the post yesterday. Called to explain I urgently needed them but was advised tough, I should return the wrong ones before new ones or a refund is processed. Meanwhile I have run out of my contacts and had to buy another from them all totalling almost £40! 😒😞😫

Feel Good Contacts... if they ever arrive

When I first used this service this was great and really good on price.
Last two times I have ordered online in the last four months - first order was 2 weeks late & had to contact several times for contacts to arrive & second time had email to say item was out of stock rather than it being displayed on the website so had to cancel this & go back to a better service.

They have really gone down hill!

I used to use feelgood.co.uk and they would send them to France, then Feelgood.fr started up and I used them. I have been using them for over ten years and never a problem. I received an email from them a few months ago telling me that their french site was closing and I should now use the Ireland site. Tried to order some sunglasses and they do not send outside of the UK or Ireland. They have really gone downhill!

Long delays

Please go back to using the previous delivery company. You used to have brilliant service, with really quick deliveries, Evri is a bad move. Since you've switched I've had very long delays with my orders, this is after years of great service previously.

The worst company I have experienced.

I have received poor quality products and service from this company, I will never buy a product or service from this company again. The customer service is terrible. My recommendation is to save your money and time by avoiding this company.
