Order not received but refunded
Order FG11965 placed on the 16 November, advised twice by email that delivery delayed due to courier issues. Goods valued at over £90 never received.
*Within hours of posting this review I have received an email saying I will receive a full refund and full refund received 11 Dec so happy with that.

Not impressed
I am not impressed with Feel Gorgeouat the moment. I have previously bought products without issue, not sure what is going on with this company at the moment. I received one product but for the other one, excuses after excuse, one being with the courier company which I find hard to understand as I regularly receive parcels from the same courier company with no issues.
The worst thing is the amount of time it takes the company to respond to queries.
Once this is resolved, I am sorry to say I do not think I will be using this company going forward.
