Found this site online as one of Dermalogica official authorised sellers. Ordered £115 worth of products on 13th October, delivery estimated 17-21st October.

When looking at tracking through ‘Shop’ app, it states order is being prepared. It hasn’t even been dispatched over 2 weeks later!!

No delivery, no communication, no refund!

Have emailed several times, on both the Booksy & sales email, called number on website & left voicemail, and contacted through the chat method on website. No reply to anything!

I normally look at sites on Trustpilot first but trusted Dermalogica as a reputable company to have sourced dependable retailers to be associated with their brand.

I’ve contacted Dermalogica to take down this company from their website. Also contacted my own bank to raise dispute & get refund.

Terrible. Order paid for & never received. Tried contacting company & had no response. Do not use this company they will take your money & you will receive nothing.

Placed and paid for an order on 24th September however still not arrived. Have tried to contact via telephone, email and social media numerous times but no response via any method.

I ordered Dermalogica products online on 16th Sept and have never received my order despite being advised they would be sent 25th Sept. I chased with emails and social media messages and tried calling the number on their website multiple times but nobody ever got back in touch with me. Do not buy from this seller -its a scam.

I’ve always used this company for products and facials, highly recommend

Placed an order on 6 September for £79 then received email stating it would be delivered between 12/16 September received nothing. Since 19 September have emailed several times left numerous messages on the voicemail of the contact number on their website. Still no reply from them to either email or voicemail. Appalling service will not be gracing them with my custom in the future.

We placed an order on the 7th and it is now the 20th and still waiting

Order dermalogica moisturiser paid £57 no delivery no response to email nothing 😡

I placed an order worth £151 and never received my products. It has been weeks, and the company has completely ignored all of my emails and attempts to contact them.

They took my money and disappeared. No delivery, no communication, no refund – nothing. This is not just bad service, it feels like a scam.

Avoid this company at all costs. I’ll be reporting them to consumer protection authorities and initiating a chargeback.
Do not trust this business.

I never received my order.

Ordering products was easy, delivery was as said, all in all very happy with the service provided.

Ordered a Dermalogica product as was out of stock everywhere else, to be told a few days later that it was discontinued (this should have been on the website) and then when I emailed them back for a replacement product they didn’t respond and said they hadn’t received my email… I then called to which they whatsapped me a day later… all in all it took over 2 weeks from placing my order to receiving it. Good pricing and when they did communicate they were lovely however 3* is all I can offer for overall service.

Great product which arrived really quickly

Great prices, but non-existent customer service. I chased and chased my rather costly order, but nothing. Then after a month, I had a reply to my chat message informing my order had disappeared when their system crashed. They didn’t chase up the lost orders but left it to the frantic customers to do so. A real shame because with Dermalogica being such an expensive brand I thought I had found a solution, but not again. They had my money, but I didn’t have the products. Now I do, but no word of apology, free sample, or discount on my next order as way of apology.

Items not received - emailed and no response.

Package just left on doorstep for all to see! Not very impressed!
