Bespoke skin treatments
Lizzie had looked after my skin for years. Every treatment is bespoke, always adapted and changed according to exactly what my skin needs. I always leave feeling fantastic with glowing skin. I can’t recommend Lizzie highly enough.

Never received my £90 order
Never received my £90 order. They took 5 days to deliver from the so-called "UK". They sent it via Evri, who left it on my doorstep without ringing my ring door bell and I was away, even though I have my delivery preferences set to deliver to a neighbour. It was subsequently stolen. None of the companies will assume responsibility, so I am £90 out of pocket with no goods to show. Disgraceful. Will never use again.

Rema, as per our conversation, we are very sorry that your delivery was taken from your doorstep whilst you were on holiday but you have to appreciate that our side of the contract was met.
Your delivery expectation was confirmed with you as Friday 16th - Tuesday 20th September and it was delivered on the Saturday 17th within the above expectation.
Evri left it in a safe place as to your account confirming it could be.
We had no confirmation from yourself to suggest to hold the goods and deliver at a later time as to suit you as you were on holiday therefore the delivery was upheld and delivered to the address at the time you specified.
We can’t be held responsible for orders that arrive perfectly on time and to the correct address when you were knowingly out of the country for it’s suggested arrival time and therefore weren’t there to receive them.
You argue it took 5 days but our website clearly states that orders take 3-5 working days.
We are truly sorry that you haven’t received your order but as we have proof of delivery and at the expected arrival time we feel without proof to suggest otherwise then we have fulfilled our order to you.
We will gladly review the situation if you could prove to us any evidence of this not being the case.
