Very bad service
Very bad service, I ordered a product about a month ago and it did not arrive and when I asked for details of the tracking number they are not willing to give me the excuse that I need to confirm my address with the credit card company which makes no sense and they do not respond and are not willing to give a credit, do not buy here.

Nadav Stern, we have had many conversations regarding your order and to suggest we haven’t responded is just a lie.
Unfortunately the card payment you used is addressed as fraudulent. There is no billing address attached to your order and your address is outside of the UK (Israel)
However, the product was sent, confirmation of tracking was sent to your email address on several times. We have spoken non stop regarding contacting your bank to verify your card but you seem to not understand the situation.
We have offered a refund but only to the card that was used to purchase and therefore without your banks permission to suggest such card is yours and links to the given address then we can’t authorise a refund.
All of this has been explained to you on several occasions and is documented with proof of which we are happy to print on our Trustpilot review to explain to any other who might want to purchase that your above statement is completely fraudulent.
Please either comply by contacting your bank or stop abusing our system and staff with your abusive messages.
