After many attempts to find the perfect setting for our home, my needs in regards of the design were listened to and saw our vision with a precision of an 3D visual that brought it to life. Couldn’t be happier with the end product. Compliment after compliment from anyone who visits our home. Unique and one of kind. Made from our desires.

I ordered 20 Coffee tables for our Cafe, Josh provided great customer service from the initial concept design right through to delivery. His attention to detail was fantastic and the quality of the product is second to none. We look forward to working with FEETT again in the future, and would Highly recommend you do too!

Ordered a 6 Seater Solid Oak Table and it was the most impressive. Really high quality legs with a smooth black finish and just loved the texture of the wood. Really impressed and it is now sitting perfectly, and rather luxriously, in my front room.

FEETT were fantastic. I had a specific idea for some bench legs that I wanted made. We had quite a bit of back and forth on the design, including them showing detailed drawings of what it would be like. The end product arrived with ~a week and was great build quality and easy to put together in a few mins. Would happily purchase through them again.

Beautiful, high quality, value for money oak table and benches, built to an excellent standard of workmanship, superbly complimented by the heavy duty, black powder-coated, industrial style, steel legs.
Sturdy, robust, solidly built with a simple, elegant, minimalist design which as a centre piece and focal point, definitely has stand-out appeal and is aesthetically attractive.

Throughout the ordering process (made to my individual bespoke requirements), I dealt solely with Josh via many email exchanges, whereby he was polite, patient, professional and fully committed in ensuring that he fully understood my specific requests e.g in that the benches needed to be wider than the standard 35cms width, in that each had to be 42cms in width; and for the wood to be untreated as I wished to apply my own stain/oil etc

Josh ensured that when invoiced, that I was entirely happy before I actually committed to making the payment in full, and that he too, in turn, again, fully understood what I wanted and expected for him to achieve on my behalf.
(with regard to payment and for personal financial protection reasons, I paid by credit card, which Feett were agreeable for me to do, as this option initially was not available, with electronic bank transfer being their preferred payment process).

Delivery was arranged and scheduled by Feett who, I believe use an independent courier firm due to the size of the shipment, whereby a specialist pallet courier firm is required which delivered successfully on time, carefully packaged, fully protected and securely on a pallet.
(NB these oak tops and legs are heavy! arrived disassembled/flat packed, but with the pre-drilled holes, straightforward to assemble).

A big thank you must go to Josh who, as my point of contact, was always available and prompt in responding; from the initial email ordering process, and onwards to the actual delivery.

To conclude, please also note, that when I belatedly read the Trustpilot reviews (a few of
which were negative); doing so after my email correspondences and instructions etc, I was initially reluctant to then proceed with the order… but having come to trust Josh and his professional manner and fine conduct throughout, I decided to stick with him; and my instinct proved right!

Quality furniture, rock-solid in build, highly recommended!
I am fully confident that Josh/Feett will look after you too!

I ordered a pair of steel leg frames from FEETT, to my own custom design and size, and powder coated black. They were completed and arrived on my doorstep within the week, very carefully packed.

My partner is amazed how beautifully made and finished they are, and how good they look...and she's hard to please! I'm impressed how accurately my instructions and my drawing were followed.

I think that, for this standard of workmanship, the price represents excellent value.

I shall certainly ask FEETT to make any other metalwork that I need.

Bought a table and legs from them. The table top was uneven and table was wobbly. Legs wont any better. They took it back promptly but never return my money as promised despite calling them 30 times. They made me remove my previous review. Well I will only remove this one if I see the money in my account this time

Ordered a bench weeks ago and had no communication despite 3 emails sent to enquire about progress! Terrible experience so far and will be pursuing a refund through PayPal....

Ordered bench legs on 29/11/2021 and due delivery on 1st Dec 2021. STILL WAITING! 21st Feb 2022. Apparently in transit. Is delivery by snail mail !!!! Very poor customer service. Emails unanswered & my refund will only be processed until i return goods! Would NOT recommend any one uses this company! Avoid!!!

Before I ordered from them communication was great as I was indecisive with what colour I wanted. The table was meant to be delivered this week, no later than Friday and despite asking for an update they couldn’t provide me with tracking, just told me it was with the courier but they were looking into it. Which isn’t particularly helpful as you want to make sure that you’re going to be in to receive such a large delivery of a table. I was told they do deliver on Saturday but wasn’t told if that would be the case for me, but when I returned home on Saturday the table was just left outside my front door in broad daylight for all to see, and to be stolen. Could have easily been more hidden as it literally looked like it had just been dumped in a rush. But I’m FEETTS defence the table is beautiful and Im very happy with it but your chosen courier service has let you down sadly.

This company is running a scam as is Drumbecue, their parent company, who have also written an embellished review on behalf of Feett below. Also, the registered address on the Feett website is listed as Drumbecue, a warehouse in SE8. The table legs were taking too long to arrive, so I cancelled my order. They then oddly arrived 2 days later. I asked Feett for them to be picked up by their courier service and they were the next day. However, I didn't receive a refund. As weeks passed, they then said all the pieces hadn't been returned to them, hence my refund delay despite my supervising the pick up in original, unopened packaging. Lots of emails at first saying "checking on it" and "my colleague who manages refunds is on holiday" but now days waiting for refund has turned into weeks. No response from them. No refund.
NB updated: read response from Feett below. So they sent me the refund via PayPay, but set themselves up as the 'buyer' and myself as the 'vendor' so PayPay charged me a vendor transaction fee of £4.99 on my refund. I debated the entire transaction, which means PayPal held the refund, until I could provide a case to PayPal, which I ended up having to do three separate times. In the end, despite hard evidence, I lost my own case to reclaim my money back via PayPal, and then got charged £4.99 to do so! Total scam and racket. The whole thing was rather mind boggling. I also accused PayPay of clearly being in the cut on this one, but they denied it and gave me a £5 credit. So now I can't close my PayPay account because it is in credit of 1 pence and needs to be at Zero. Wasted a lot of my time.

Legs are amazing and heavy duty considering the price. Item was delivered within the time stated of 5 working days

Please see update on 3rd Dec 2021: I can now confirm I have received my refund from this company and I received a phone call to apologise for the experience that I have had. I massively appreciate the apology and understand that it is hard for small companies. I believe the company would really benefit from a stronger communications team that are focused on emails so mistakes like this don't happen. I will also say that the legs were very good quality, it has been my experience with communication, the refund and lack of means to contact the company that I have struggled with.

I completely echo what has been said in the below review regarding refund and customer service from this company. I ordered table legs that also took weeks longer to arrive than they said on the website. As they were not suitable I tried to send back for a refund, as advertised via their refund policy. This took many emails to get through to someone to find out how to return. Once finally getting through I took many lengths to package correctly and after chasing I received an email confirming receipt of the return of the table legs. However I did not receive a refund. I have now sent many emails chasing this refund, I was initially getting emails back with reassurances that this refund is being processed but I have still not received a refund and now I am having no reply at all to any of my emails. I returned the item on the 12th of August 2021 and it is now the 27th of Sep 2021. When calling the number that is on their website I was told that this was not the number for Feett and didn't know why it was on their website, even though I have called the same number in the past regarding the late delivery and spoke to someone from the company who said they were currently making the legs. Now I am getting no reply to my emails and have no number to contact them regarding my refund. I have no means of knowing how I am meant to get my money back that I have spent on these legs.

Please don’t send any money to this company. I purchased table legs - the money was immediately taken out of my bank account with no despatch details. Eventually the legs were despatched-they were very poor quality and couldn’t be used. This was in January and despite promises and reassurances I still haven’t received a refund despite countless contacts. You will not be able to get in touch should anything go wrong and once the money is taken out of your account you can’t get it back- no matter what the refund policy says. I am now pursuing through bank disputes. I would not buy and I suspect it is a dropshipping company with nothing behind it despite a great website! I tried very hard to resolve with the company but only promises to refund that never materialised.
