Repeatedly disappointing

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with this clinic regarding my cat, Olive.
29 Sept: This was the second time staff forgot that Olive was in their care or couldn’t locate her when I arrived — which was very concerning.

3 Oct: On several occasions, the receptionists couldn’t find my account using my surname, address, or postcode, suggesting issues with record keeping.

7 Oct: The vet asked a question that made it clear they hadn’t read Olive’s patient file. That really worried me, as any important treatment details could easily be missed.

21 Oct: I was told I had to reschedule Olive’s x-ray because she needed to be fasted — something I was never notified about. This wasted my time and forced me to take more time off work.

Overall, these repeated administrative and communication problems have left me questioning the clinic’s organisation and attention to detail. I hope they review their processes to ensure pets are properly cared for and clients are kept informed.
