Lace’s ordered never received and no refund!

I ordered some laces, it said delivery was 2 weeks, after 2 weeks nothing. I contacted them and asked them where it was they then said they would send it again, still nothing, i then just bought the laces in a store and asked for a refund, no refund either. Useless!
