I have ordered 6 pairs of shoelaces, which I have paid through Ideal - PAY.NL So far I did not receive any confirmation of my order, or receive any product. My 2 contact requests were not answered so far. This doesn't feel good and looks like a scam.

Delivery and pricing not optimal, but honest and with a working customer service
Prices are excluding VAT, which is uncommon in the Netherlands. The free delivery option was only available for those who wanted to wait for over 7 workdays. I paid for express delivery, but my order arrived only after 10 working days. Mail to customer service was answered lately, but they made up for late delivery by refunding delivery cost. Their product is good quality
