Felt Ball Rug Australia Reviews

Packaging was terrible, very old and shabby looking like it was from the bin. The felt balls were also poor quality.

They sent me the wrong rug but this was sorted within 24 hours, they were in contact the whole time to make the change over as easy as possible. Great customer service and the rug is beautiful!

excellent products, great range, great value and fast delivery, I wouldn't order anywhere else.

Excellent service . Happy with the purchase . Have recommended them too . And will purchase again in future

I love the colours and quality of the felt balls, and the order arrived very quickly and was well packaged and organised. I will order from them again.

Could not be happier with our Marshmallow rug. My two year old daughter LOOOVES it and insists we all sit and play on it with her. The colours are perfect and the texture adds another dimension to the room. Amazeballs!

Beautiful rug and great communication. Absolutely love it. Thanks :)

Wonderful prompt service. Very happy with product.

Looks great! As pictured. Thank you! :) Very happy.

Outstanding service. Ordered a custom designed rug and received photo sample by email almost immediately, then the actual rug arrived about a week after ordering it and it’s perfect!! Thanks felt ball rug Aus :)

Great slippers good fit and a quality product highly recommended.

I was pleased with my purchase and prompt delivery of the felt balls. However the colours varied slightly to the images on the website. The quality was also great.

Felt Ball Rug Australia, were so helpful from the onset. They were patient with me as I came back and forth with colour changes. I am an Interior Designer, so its important I get things right. I will definately use them in future projects!

Perfect addition to my apartment! Great quality, feels great under your feet and looks AMAZING!

I’m absolutely impressed with the speed in which the rug was made and delivered.

So pleased with my colour choice. Many thanks to all involved.

It's great that we're able to choose our own colour combinations for the rugs. High level of communication - when they didn't have one of the colours in stock they made a mock-up of what the rug would look like without this colour and emailed a photo of the mock-up, asking whether I wanted to proceed with this or wait. Good on them for transparency, and for their focus on giving women in the community a hand up!
