Order came out to me fairly quickly. Unfortunately, after I started to use product I got a heightened hayfever/allergy reaction which has caused me to stop taking this product. One week later and still haven’t…
One week later and still haven’t received my parcel. Tried to contact customer service (in Montecarlo?!) and I had no reply back. I think I will order from Italy going forward. They always have stock and they shipped with UPS which arrived in 4 working days. Whoever is managing Femal.co.uk should change job. The product is good but purchasing is really really bad.

2x direct debit taken in two days!
I have been debited for two duplicate orders within two days at a cost of over £120.00 without my permission and sent two duplicate orders for 3 months supply. I’ve emailed the customer contact but have received no reply or explanation. I would like to cancel my subscription with immediate effect.

I have started with Femal around 3 weeks ago, hence it is a bit early for me to give a constructive feedback, but so far so good, my hot flashes are reduced a bit and my mood is better. I will definitely continue with it.
