I have continued with hot flushes and…
I have continued with hot flushes and night sweats after more than six months now so not sure Femal has helped at all.

We are sorry to hear this. Femal is a food supplement based on PureCytonin®, which is scientifically proven to help women manage the most disruptive and inconvenient issues associated with the menopause and perimenopause such as Hot flushes.
With reference to the question relating the loss of efficacy observed, it is not easy to provide a more in depth response or advice, without knowing further background details (period of administration, dosage, compliance, co-medication, parallel diseases, package storage conditions etc.) Every women is different. Therefore, we cannot exclude that in individual cases the physiological hormone-deficiency over time may reach a level, at which the efficacy of a food-supplement like FEMAL arrives at its limits. In these cases, we would recommend your doctor’s advice , to have a general picture.

Non-receipt 1 month after ordering resolved
Ordered a recurring delivery back on 18 November, 21 Dec and still waiting.
Since posting this review, Femal have sent me my order, not 'free' as they say, just the original order.
On the basis that they have sorted this out quickly once it was brought to their attention I am upgrading this to 3 stars as the product is good.

Pleased to have found Femal
I have found Femal to be very helpful. As I cannot use any hormonal treatment for menopause symptoms I was very interested to read about Femal in a magazine. I have found my sleep to have really improved since taking it regularly, which has helped with my general feeling of wellbeing.

Positive results
I have been using Femal for probably nearly a year now and find it very helpful. I remember it took a while to build up and start working but I have definitely seen an improvement in my symptoms. My brain fog is not as bad and my hot flushes much improved going from 5+ per day to maybe once a day. I would certainly recommend giving it a go & if you do, try for a few months.
