I am glad to say from the time that I picked up the phone to the time I got the car they were very professional and polite. If I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle or any other issues with the paperwork they were more than happy to help, I would definitely use them again.

Chris was absolutely amazing. I was so nervous when I applied, but he made everything so easy. He took his time and explained every step. He was always on hand to answer any questions I had.

Well what can I say about this company 🤔 well I have to say it's the best company I have used to gain car finance. I was looked after by Chris...what an absolutely lovely guy, Chris went above and beyond for me....answered all of my questions leaving me with no doubt that this company i should definitely use...the application was so smooth and very easy, that sounded cliche but it actually one, to the point it made me think...'this is too good to be true' it really isn't from applying to me getting my car it took just 5 days, they use the best dealers making sure the car has a decent length of mot, service..Chris was brilliant 👏 every step of the way...no pressure just pure guidance and transparency. So if ur looking for a car..look no further ladies...u will not go wrong with these guys..and if ur lucky to get Chris ur laughing, although im absolutely sure the rest of the staff are just as good! I honestly couldn’t recommend Simon at Female Friendly Finance enough. His communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. He read and replied to my messages pretty much instantly and was always happy to answer any questions I had.

I gave him my specifications for the car I was looking for, and he found me the perfect car after only the second option. Even better, it was quite local to me, which made everything so much easier.

The whole process was incredibly quick and straightforward, with the bulk of it being done through WhatsApp. I only had to speak on the phone briefly when the paperwork was being done.

It was so easy that I almost thought it was too good to be true! But just six days after filling out the initial online form, I was driving away in my new car.

Simon at FF was absolutely outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. Great communication incredible professionalism at all times yet the most easiest going person to talk with. He sourced a vehicle well within my budget, advised me to make sure I went to see the vehicle in person if possible to be sure it was what I wanted. It was perfect 👌. He then sourced the correct deal for me and even put me onto the warranty team who were also fantastic. Fantastic experience from start to finish. A+++++
