Subscription impossible to cancel

I don’t often leave reviews but want to add weight to the existing ones that I wish I had read - plus it seems it might be the only way to get a response as the emails don’t appear to be monitored.

I signed up with an instagram add and not via the app itself and cancelling a subscription is near impossible. It isn’t in apple subscriptions - because it wasn’t handled in the App Store. There’s nowhere to cancel in your account areas. You have to email them. But they do not reply

That aside, the reason I want to cancel is because the content is not what I was expecting. The quiz made me believe it would be a personalised experience but it is generic AI generated articles and chat.

Total scam!!

Total scam!!! Paid $20 for a 1 month trail subscription. Guess what? It doesn’t even give you access to any information within the APP!! It actually wants you to upgrade to receive any of the “benefits”. So I go to cancel the subscription and big shocker, no response. Then I get hit with a $65 charge out of nowhere. Now I’m dealing with someone named Sophie that’s talking to me like I’m stupid and is refusing to refund me for the unauthorized purchase. Do not, I repeat, do not use FEMIA.

Absolutely disgusting company. They won’t cancel your subscription and send generated messages back advising to cancel in your apple subscriptions despite it not being there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!

Deceptive marketing...it's a scam

The social media marketing for this app is extremely misleading. It is a basic ovulation and period tracking app. Do not pay for a subscription. It is not worth it and it's incredibly difficult to request a refund or cancel a subscription. It is a total scam! The "advice" it offers is just AI generated. Terrible.

No option to cancel the subscription on iPhone

As others have mentioned, there is no option to cancel the subscription on an iPhone. I emailed customer service four days ago, and they said they would get back to me within 24 hours, but I haven't received a response yet.

I was reaching out to the support to cancel

I was reaching out to the support several times to cancel the subscription as it is not possible to cancel it on the apple phone. It doesn’t show an subscription would highly not recommend purchasing this app as I was reading to late that everybody has trouble ending the susceription.

No response from customer service

I ve written 4 times to the support email and I still don't have a response. Ive requested for the cancellation of the subscription and I still don’t have any response. The app cannot be cancelled from Apple’s subscriptions. I need a response ASAP.

App in French, unauthourized payment, unclear conditions.

I downloaded the app and never accepted the premium payment subscription. After several months of not using it at all, as the app is in French and the user experience is deliberately designed to prevent the user from editing the profile and understanding the terms and conditions, I have been charged 66€, inexplicably.

Really poor customer service have…

Really poor customer service have emailed several times to cancel as app does nothing extra free apps do! Advised will be in subscription list, but used a different email so not available on list to cancel! Emailed and no response! Very poor customer service and app! Rating clearly lies all AI led! Will have to cancel my card to prevent any further money being taken!!! All I can say is DO NOT download and subscribe!

This app shows in their main website “4.8 out of 5.0” which is clearly a lie as I can see here the low ratings.

I got caught by an advertisement on instagram and downloaded, decided to try for a week, paid £12 but they mentioned if you’re unhappy you can still have your money back in a week - guess what? I’ve contacted them via the app over the email TWICE already and I haven’t hear from them. Save your time.

If I could give this business zero…

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I signed up with an email address and there is no way to cancel the subscription other than emailing their customer support who do not respond. I was billed £66 without my authorisation and no responses on this from their so called 'customer service'. A complete and utter scam, do not touch with a bargepole!

This app is a scam

This app is a scam! AVOID!!! It is impossible to cancel the subscription. I wrote several emails, and they said it was cancelled, but it still takes 40 pounds from my bank account. I asked for a refund because I can't cancel anywhere. They are just repeating the duplicate emails without any help or solution.
