This is scam of a company. Do not purchase anything from them. I returned the item to the address listed and the package was refused. They then changed the address on the website while the package is on its way back to me.

100% fake and scam. I do not understand how anyone has anything positive to say about this company, anyone who has reviewed it with positivity or even received a product must also be a scammer or fake. I purchased a product in April, received a tracking number that goes nowhere and still have not received the product despite having paid for express delivery. I have sent multiple emails with zero reply and I can't seem to even call them because I am outside of the usa and they have call restrictions. I am furious will be pushing to prosecute the entire company.

I should of read the reviews before I even ordered because I have yet to get my order and they only responded once but soon as I ask for my money back they stop responding smfh 🗣️DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Scam website that must be using fake positive reviews.
The order was marked as shipped within 1 week but never had any further tracking. Yunexpress tracking shows ‘information received’ only which shows that a known shipping company hasn’t processed the package.
Support fobbed me off on two occasions and even tried to inform me that tracking will only appear once it arrives in the destination country.

I will be taking up with the bank to dispute payment and reporting the Facebook page to prevent other adverts.

Yep just like the others, tracking info sucks, not delivered when it was supposed to and sent an email the other day and no response.

DO NOT ORDER from this site.. I ordered Feb 2 and still have not got 2-27-24.. tracking never shows update and website never responds°°

No answers on phone/email apart from once. Ordered early February still not received and is now 27/2/23. Was refunded my priority shipping. But now no answers from the company.

Ordered February 10th. It’s now the 27th. Still no product. No answer from customer support. No update on tracking. Bad business all around.

Update—item order finally was received March 2nd. Their customer service person said they had high demand and shipping was delayed due to this.

It's been over 2 weeks and there still is no update on my order. I paid extra for priority shipping and can't get so much as a response back from customer service. The number provided hangs up when I call and my emails go unanswered. Pretty sure this is a scam which sucks because I truly looked forward to surprising the man I love with this custom set. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Amazing product! Good quality material, very comfortable, beautiful design. It was the perfect thing to spice up things in the bedroom and my boyfriend was very impressed.
There was a slight delay with the delivery but after contacting the support about it, the issue was resolved immediately. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase, would highly recommend it.

I was very excited to receive my order and when I did my boyfriend's name was spelled wrong. However, the process for getting an exchange was super easy. Their responses were swift and very customer oriented. I would definitely purchase again. The material felt soft in my hands and the lettering looks like the pictures and videos in their advertisement. My small mishap was unfortunate but they were quick, efficient, apologetic and friendly to get it replaced.
