I had been a customer of another ‘adult’ product business for a few years but decided to give an Aussie business a go, so thought I’d try Femplay. From the very beginning, my dealings with them were very professional. I called and spoke to a delightful lady, who was very friendly and happy to answer my questions. Since my purchase was a few hundred dollars, I wanted to make sure I was dealing with a genuine business. The order process was seamless and the item was well packaged and arrived in a plain post bag. There was no mention of Femplay on the box, either, so very discreet.

If you want to buy your goodies from an Aussie adult business which is professional, discreet and has great prices, you can’t beat Femplay.

There prices were reasonable with all other sector online stores , there delivwry pricing is the same as everyone else which is great .
The toy selection is better than a lot of other stores that I found , I did look at a lot of other online stores before buy from any of them .
I found more choice and better pricing with FEMPLAY and that made me Happy . The quality of the toy is crazy and the strength blows my mind , funny though as I have a bad back and neck and have had multiply surgeries on my back and now the neck is on its way out my GP has suggested to used a tens machine or massage gun on the neck and back and I have to say I haven’t used the toy for it real purpose yet but I have on the neck and back and it’s so much stronger than the massage gun we have at home plus my daughter also goes to the gym and does get injured from time to time or hurts her muscles and this vibrator is the best thing she’s used also .

Over all I liked it the only thing I didn't like is that it didn't clean the bird poo off my front windscreen and side window

I got an order that was very overpriced, slow shipping, with items that were faulty. Despite their guarantees of customer support and free returns, when I tried to contact customer support, there was never any answer.

I spent over $200 for a bunch of false promises.

This was before I discovered that there are plenty of other retailers who are much cheaper, up to 1/10th the price,but were also much more engaged with customer support and shipped quickly.

The product I received was excellent & is just what I wanted. The service person I spoke to was great. However the payment method was not very clear at the payment part of the online process.

The item I was replacing wasn't available elsewhere in Australia. And the price was reasonable.

There was a good range to look at. I was interested in a couple of items. However, it took awhile to find what I needed. I was looking at the lengths and there were not many in the length I wanted. In addition I needed a certain width, but the width was not on the main specification page or not present at all.
I purchased one and I definitely happy with what I got. I will most certainly consider buying again and I have brought items from Femplay before
