Terrible

Product never arrived. I was “sent” another one, and it never arrived either. I’ve requested a refund on two occasions and customer service will not get back to me.

Product smells like chemicals.

Product smells like chemicals.
Customer service only finally sent an email after I had my credit card go after them for a refund. 30 day guarantee….doesn’t seem to be the case! Still no refund. Make sure you aren’t signed up for auto ship!

Do not purchase any product from this…

Do not purchase any product from this company. I made one single purchase and now I am being charged $26.13 every month. I do not want the product and it is impossible to get information on how to cancel the subscription on the site. I have to dispute the charge every month. I tried the chat bot and it said it would take HOURS for someone to reply. This company is fraudulent and criminal. I will report them to the BBB.

If I could give a negative 20 I would

If I could give a negative 20 I would. I placed an order with this company two months ago. After the 1st couple of weeks I sent an email to cancel the order and return my refund because I hadn’t received my order. After a few days I get an email giving me the ‘proper’ way to cancel. I attempt, but it kept looping me back to the order and made it impossible to cancel. A few days later I get an email notification that my 2nd order is getting ready to be sent. I send email after email and someone sends a reply saying it’s already being prepared so I can’t cancel; thane telling me about a subscription that I NEVER signed up for. I’m so mad and over the scamming a— company. Luckily my bank is taking care of this.. it’s such a scam

🚨 SCAM ALERT

🚨 SCAM ALERT: "HER+" / "FEM+" Wellness Subscription Trap (tryfemplus.co) 🚨I work directly in financial consumer customer service, and I almost got completely taken for a ride by a highly manipulative online supplement scam. If you see ads on Facebook or Instagram for HER+ or FEM+ wellness drops/supplements, DO NOT BUY.Here is exactly how they bypass your checkout choices to steal your money:🛑 1. The Search Engine TrapI saw an ad on Facebook. The link looked shady, so I went to Google to find the "Official Website." Instead, Google placed their highly polished site right at the top. It looks 100% professional and integrates seamlessly with the Shop App to show your past real orders, tricking you into a false sense of security.🛑 2. Overriding the "Unchecked" BoxDuring checkout, I explicitly UNCHECKED the box for a recurring membership. It didn't matter. The moment the receipt hit my inbox, they forced a hidden monthly subscription anyway.🛑 3. The Multi-Charge Fine PrintTheir automated receipts explicitly state: "It’s normal to see more than one charge from FEM+ on your statement... if you purchased two special offers, you may see three charges in total." They use deceptive post-purchase pop-ups to repeatedly hit your card without your explicit authorization.🛑 4. The Dead Tracking ShieldThe moment you purchase, they automatically generate a fake tracking number through a shipping layer called Lulu Express Logistics (LULU...). There is zero activity or movement on the package. They do this instantly so that when you email support to cancel, an automated system replies saying your order "cannot be cancelled because it has already processed for shipment." It is a complete lie designed to delay you.💡 HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF IMMEDIATELY:Check your statements: Look for charges under HER+, FEM+, or tryfemplus.co.Do not waste time emailing them: Their customer service uses automated platform scripts to run you in circles and delay your dispute window.Block them at the bank: If you use Cash App or a credit card, go into your app settings immediately and block the merchant from making any future recurring drafts.File a Dispute: File an immediate dispute with your financial institution for "Goods Not Received" or "Deceptive/Unauthorized Charges."They rely on consumers feeling too embarrassed or confused to fight back. Don't let them. Share this to protect your friends and family!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. They will intentionally say your products had an issue ordering. They will "reship" the product but it will not come. The package will say it was sent to your house but the USPS they use will not confirm it was sent to your address. Once the product has been confirmed, you cannot get back in touch with customer service at all. I ordered a few products of around $75 on June 25 and stated it was "received" at my house on August 18.
