Good quick service. Customised inscription on light. Light seems to work as advertised! I amnaged a 12 hour run time on setting 2/4 in an overnight ride a few days ago as a test for a multiple day cycling event I'll be doing. I have some extra batteries so knowing the genuine run time is important as I need to get through 5 nights.

I have been collecting Fenix flashlights for many years now. Its always reliable and offers a wide variety of flashlight types to suit almost everyone. It may not be the cheapest but the quality and reliability makes up for it. Totally recommend anyone looking for a good flashlight.

I purchased a trail running light and storage case. Absolutely the market leaders, superb products, amazing light output where required and comfortable to wear with easy fit adjustment.

Everything was packaged very securely. I chose the Royal Mail Tracked delivery option, where they deliver to your door and photograph your hands holding the parcel. As I was very pleased with my initial purchase of an HM65R ShadowMaster headlamp and (rugged) APB-30 bag, I also placed an order for a CL27R lantern and a TK22R torch. The latter with a red filter accessory. I then ordered 2 further APB-30 bags. Although I am still in an (expeditionary backpack) upgrading phase, I am really pleased with everything I have evaluated so far!
I found that both the headlamp and lantern fit into a single APB-30, which is useful. These bags have a grommet hole for a (removable) lanyard, so they are not waterproof, but have some useful (drying) ventilation. The headlamp is waterproof anyway and the lantern is built for wet weather, so the grommet hole is an advantage. The bags (with thin padding) provide for scratch protection of lenses and keep devices, straps and cables organized. The other 2 Fenix bags are used for other devices. A Flextail "Max Pump 3" and "Tiny Repeller S" (with tablets) in one (together with a tiny waterproof "Lumintop" 365nm, rechargeable, UV torch). A portable (Pronus J-725C) radio in the other. The Flextail devices and radio in rugged waterproof grip-seal travel bags. These fit inside the ABP-30 bags. The (unbagged) waterproof TK22R torch is simply protected by its holster.
This kind of setup is primarily for extended backpacking in remote regions for up to 4 weeks, where rugged reliability is (almost) essential. The red LED light capability is highly desirable in such circumstances! For night vision, insect deterrence and discrete security.
Long duration, low-lumen illumination (white or red) is great for multiple nights in a tent or hammock!
The tungsten tips and 3200 lumen (auto-variable) strobe (on the TK22R) offer significant security advantages also.
The (mentioned) UV capability is to assist in revealing the presence of insects (e.g. ticks) and other animals (e.g. scorpions).
Former activities include mineral prospecting in the upper-Amazon, where rain can be extremely heavy and prolonged, Although every effort is made to minimize device exposure to the elements, you never know when lights may be suddenly operated in extremes!
One of *THE* most desirable and *important" qualities of the Fenix devices (for me) are that their light is *solid*, with "no perceptible flicker" even on the lowest settings! This is reportedly due to the use of "constant current" LED drivers. A winning decision by Fenix! This was my *foremost* reason for selecting Fenix as a brand! The *foremost* reason for selecting the CL27R lantern (after this) was its 2700K (i.e. golden light) colour capability! It would be good to have a 2700K (or lower) filter accessory (option) for the TK22R too. For redundancy.
The CL27R lantern (with its colour temperature control) is lovely! I am very sensitive to light quality while unwinding at night! The golden light is psychologically restful! The simplicity of the continuously variable, (tactile) rotary controls, are a pleasure to operate! Simple and direct access to low-lumen red light is useful for locating items at night.
These Fenix lights are a little hefty! You wouldn't want to drop one on your foot! I am quite willing to carry these ...and *still* include a chair! My backpack is a Berghaus (90 + 20) "Crusader 3" though. (LOL).
These Fenix lights are the finest lights I have owned so far!

I have been using Fenixlight for many years now and they have always had great customer service.
For example, I recently ordered an item for Saturday delivery (at extra cost). Charlie from Fenixlight contacted me to ensure that was what I intended, so I wouldn't incur extra cost in case I had made a mistake.

Honestly, 5 Stars all around for this company!
I have owned the HP25R for coming up 3 years. It is an excellent head torch, lux levels and battery life! I recommend it to anyone and everyone who asks about head torches or asks about mine specifically.
It had developed a little problem with the main beam button sticking in after pressing.
They do come with 5 year warranty so got in touch with Fenix. Charlie responded and said send it back we'll take a look. 3 working days from my initial email, I had sent it back, Charlie had a look, put a new one in the post and delivered ready to go.
Can not fault this service! This is how customer service should be. Every other company take note!
Very much appreciated!
