Bought two fenrir harnesses. 1st started to fray straight away 2nd a month later. Fenrir ignored my messages and complaints.
They shamelessly over rate themselves despite many poor reviews around products and customer service.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
As mentioned by others, Fenrir's customer service is a joke. I ordered a training lead, which arrived okay, but I realised I'd ordered the wrong item. No problem, or so I thought.
Went through the return item procedure on their website, twice, both with no response. I decided to send the lead back anyway, but again nothing heard. My return was delivered to them over a week ago an not as much as an acknowledgement. I've emailed again since, and again automated email saying 'our team are reviewing your case'. Sorry guys, that means nothing, unless you actually follow it up and communicate with customers.

I have received my money back through Paypal. Apparently the package is stuck as customs. I need to contact them myself but i have a feeling the clearance cost will cost more than the product itself.
Anyways i got my money back so no hard feelings. I just wish the service was a little clearer on this.

Bad customerservice
I have been waiting for my product for over a month. Excuses have been given that customs have withhold the delivery and they will get back to me in 3 days - it has been 8 days already !
the 2 stars are for the amount of times the support team actually responded.
No further information has been given. All the while i do ofcourse get automated mails to review my product. What a laughing joke this company and customerservice is. God forbid me calling them lazy as they reply with 'we will never let our support team get called lazy' funnily no other words come to mind.
After long research to get the best available Collar and Training Leash for our Husky puppy we made the decision to buy the Ragnar Leash and the Ragnar Dog Collar.
The quality of the products - Not recommended.
Definitely will not buy anything else from this company.
Ragnar Leash - Not comfortable to hold, it breaks into pieces after a few weeks.
Not suitable for training, will not prevent a husky from puling. Our husky is walking with this leash worse than before. Got a throat injury from it because is not bright enough. All the power is concentrated on the throat.
Bad idea and bad product.
Ragnar Dog Collar - cheaply made collar, nothing special about, our 6-month-old husky managed to escape in a dangerous situation (bypassing tractor and second time by passing an HGV)
This collar will not hold a husky when he is taking a step back.
Don't go for it, honestly, this was our worst purchase of 2021.
