I was really impressed with the company's communication and customer service. Every employee I had contact with was courteous and professional. The windows were installed very swiftly and the installers did a great job tidying up after themselves. I LOVE my new windows, and would definitely recommend Fenster Glazing.

We had a great experience with Fenster. Perry was excellent when coordinating the fitting and follow up. The fitters were excellent. Super clean and tidy, efficient and we are thrilled with the end result!

I contacted Fenster last week to see if they could help me. My French doors were failing to lock meaning we couldn’t leave the house.

They sent Ben out the next morning who replaced the mechanism and also adjusted the door, closing up an annoying gap that’s been there for years.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fenster to friends and family, a really helpful and efficient company.

I live in Milton Keynes, I contacted Fenster Glazing for an uPVC replacement door. From the beginning to the end, they conducted professional communication, from sales to the technicians coming to replace the door everything was perfect. I had a draught issue with my door and it is resolved now. I want to mention that I am also happy with the quality of the material of the door. I am hoping to have the same quality of service in the future if anything comes up—special thanks to Perry for dealing with everything.

Replaced a broken glass pane of our sliding doors. The whole process was incredibly easy and smooth. It was done promptly and for a reasonable price. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Ben was the chap who came to fix our window that wouldn’t open. He called 1/2 hour before he arrived and was super polite, friendly and was very quick in fixing the problem … he also explained what had happened to the old lock! Really happy with the overall service . Thank you 😊

Second time we have used Fenster, several years apart, kept in touch all the way from first estimate, to checking everything was ok afterwards. And the fitting was tidy, timely and several days later seems tiptop.

I don’t normally post reviews here but I’m more than happy to give Fenster 5 stars. The fitters were very conscientious and tidy and did a great job with the the install. The company were super-helpful, even replacing a glass panel free of charge when I ordered clear glass rather than frosted / privacy glass, even though the mistake was mine. I think I have the best windows in the street, and I couldn’t be happier with choosing Fenster.
