From first talking to Edwin in the office through the service, fitting and aftercare this was all very efficient and well executed. The Company were very prompt in placing my order for a new door and side pane, new bathroom window and replacement glazing for some windows. Everyone was very courteous. Callum did a great job with the fitting and when I did encountered a problem Ben was very quick to come and sort this out. Great job all round - thanks guys. Would use again.

Picked up my message for a quote quickly. Ben came to do the quote on time and was very friendly
polite and knowledgeable. Ben rang before arriving to do the repair. He was on time and carried out the repair with efficiency and answered all my questions. A very nice man and a good job.

This one time I have to say a job well done! It has made the property look new, workmanship was first class very professional in their approach to the job and most of all their staff were very polite I’d deal with them again certainly recommend them

Second time using Fenster, Once again,excellent service. Very courteous, took off shoes on arrival both times, for quotation and fitting of replacement glazing to 3 older windows that had failed. Fitted promptly without trouble and left after clearing up and cleaning windows.
We would certainly recommend and use again. Excellent price as well.

We had some large patio doors installed recently and Fenster Glazing did a great job, so when my Father-in-Law’s front door window was broken by a passing lawn mower I did not hesitate to contact them. Once again, they provided a fast, friendly and efficient service at a good price. Ben came round and put a film over the crazed glass to hold it safe for a short period until the new window was ready to give peace of mind, and the window was replaced in no time. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Once again a great service. Ben came out to quote and was back the next day, on time, and all fixed.

Fenster Glazing have done several jobs for us since 2018 and the service has always been excellent. Staff are always friendly and helpful. In 2021 we had new windows fitted upstairs which were very pleased with. June 2023 I contacted them about a broken door handle and another door we were having trouble with in the hot weather. They booked me in for the following week and gave me a 2 hour slot to expect them so I didn’t have to wait in all day. Ben came out and had both doors fixed in no time. I have recommended Fenster Glazing to friends and family before and will continue to do so.

Great company, extremely helpful and polite! Would recommend to anyone. Nick and Adam go out of their way to provide a top service.

Ordered a replacement front door on 6th April after a visit from sales person Nick, and fitting date confirmed for 2nd May.
On fitting date the fitter turns up with a door that is obviously wrong, spoke to Nick with the fitter and was offered to fit the wrong door with a second visit to follow to replace the segments of the door to the correct ones, which I refused as it was a waste of my time and the fitter's time - I would rather they do a proper job once than half a job twice.
Despite reaching out to Nick, no compensation has been given so far for having my time wasted, having to take leave from work on the fitting date for nothing and having to reschedule a painter who had been booked for the hallway assuming the door fitting would be complete, and he has ignored my last email on the 6th May.
With fitting date attempt #2 planned for tomorrow, I've just been told that this has also been cancelled because the re-made door has failed their supplier quality check.
Having already handed over 50% deposit for the door and signed a terms of sale document that is difficult to get out of, and currently with no end in sight for my order, all I can suggest is to stay away from this company as their customer service has been appalling and I cannot recommend them.

EDIT: after calls with both Nick and Adam the following morning, a cancellation of my order with a full refund of the 50% deposit was offered which I accepted, and I'm now proceeding with Everest instead.

I would definitely recommend Fenster Glazing.
