Missing order with USPS-No Response
UPDATE: Fenton Jewelry has made contact and confirmed USPS status, which is no updates since item going missing December 9, 2021. Fenton has offered to replace item if it does not arrive tomorrow, Monday, December 20, 2021. I have upgraded stars accordingly.
Missing order with USPS-No Response from Fenton.
Order #7509 shipped 12/1/2021, never received. No updates from USPS other than in transit, arriving late. USPS shows it left the distribution center 5 miles from me on 12/9/2021 but never delivered. Emails to Fenton have gone unanswered. Very disappointed in their customer service. This was to be a special Christmas gift.

We just checked with USPS and it appears the package may have been lost / is very delayed.

Order arrived in a week. Glad for that. When I made the order I was not given an order number or told when the order was or would be shipped. This is clearly different than other online purchases I have made. Anyway, all is good.

Makes a Great Gift
