Awful customer service

Do not purchase directly from Fenty Beauty. Their customer service is non existent. Have been trying to contact them for nearly two weeks as my order was missing items and I am not getting a response!

Ordered an item on the 19th of November…

Ordered an item on the 19th of November as a Christmas gift, didn’t receive a tracking number yet and no email updates. I emailed customer service three times to get an update about the item, and have yet to receive a reply. Disappointing customer experience, won’t be ordering again.

I have ordered a foundation on the 30th…

I have ordered a foundation on the 30th of November. It is the 8th of December. I do always email fenty beauty asking how long or is it shipped, they say they received the email and expect a reply within 24 hours however no reply. They don’t reply to you. Very poor service, not happy to be honest, still waiting for my order, it says it is shipped let’s just hope it is not damaged now !

DO NOT use this company under any circumstances. I ordered three products, only one arrived which was completely damaged. I have e mailed there customer services 5 times including pictures... no responce and now getting bounce backs saying their inbox is full. i stayed up to call them as they are in America [which i had not as with being on hold the call cost me more than the products] and they said they could not hear me the first time, then the second time I called the advisor put me on hold to see about a refund and just left me on hold and did not come back. So they have basically kept my money and not given me my products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not order from here!

Ordered 2 items but after a full week the order never processed. I emailed Fenty to ask for an update but didn't get a response, so I decided to submit a ticket to cancel the order as I figured I could just go into store and buy instead. I heard back the next day and the response I got completely ignored the fact that I wanted to cancel my order and instead said my order would be shipped "soon" and then a bunch of copied and pasted stuff from the website about delivery times. This response had no new information and like I said, completely ignored the fact that the ticket was for a cancellation. I checked the order status after I recieved this response and it still said "processing", ie the order hadn't been shipped yet. I had to then submit another ticket to get the order cancelled but by the time I got a response from Fenty the order had shipped so couldn't be cancelled.

Fenty deliberately ignored my first request and tried to brush me off knowing full well I would have to submit another ticket and wait over a day for another response, giving them time to ship the order so that by the time they did respond I wouldn't be able to cancel. So deceitful on their part. I made it very clear in my original request that I wanted the order cancelled and the order had definitely not shipped by the time I got my first response. I also haven't recieved any dispatch confirmation emails or any tracking information for my order. I'm from the UK so there is no number to call for customer service. I tried the number listed on the Fenty site but this kept coming up as an incorrect number.

Stay clear from this site! Definitely purchase in store instead however after this experience I'm not even sure I would buy the products again simply because the customer service was so bad.

No costumer service, dont waste money and buy from website, you will lose your money AND time

I have ordered some products for presents on Oct 22nd, when I contacted the costumer service they sent me the link to show me that it was delivered (November 3rd). I followed the link and it was delivered by DHL, but in another country! Fenty than told me I should get in touch with DHL to locate the parcel, which I told them that I wouldnt be doing, since they handle the transport (which I paid), and DHL seems to deliver the parcel themselves to a 3rd party. Long story short, I disputed the transaction to Paypal, but paypal didnt accept the dispute, because there are no records for delivery. It is Decenber 6th, I haven't been delivered a thing, and FentyBeauty is 160 euros richer! Also I can't unsuscribe, keep replying STOP and they keep sending me e-mails, AS IF I would ever give them my money again!

The customer service is a joke

The customer service is a joke. I sent them my order number and the tracking code and they said that it's at a pickup point but they don't know which one so I should contact the courier. The courier has no contact information listed on their website so now I have no clue where my order is and Fenty Beauty did not reply any further. A decent customer service contacts the courier to know where the order is then they inform the customer, not the customer having to do research to find out where their order is

So I ordered my stuff on May 2 and it’s May 27!! My stuff is not here yet! I told Fenty Skin where my stuff at and they asked me what my order # and I told them I don’t know it cause they didn’t send me a ORDER NUMBER!! … I remember I brought IT!!! I’m so pissed!!! Duck them!

omg! i love this mirror rhianna! shes truly a queen. it's so unique and i LOVE it sooo much!!!! i didn't get the travel size mirror i got the regular one! it's so good, so cute! rhi rhi... you should deffenitly make different colors with these mirrors!!!

Great ❤️

I don't know why everyone is complaining about customer service. I didn't receive my order yet because I just ordered it recently, but as for now, I'm pleased with that company. They are responding fast and are helpful. At first, I made a mistake during checkout, so I called them, and they canceled my order for me. Even though they told me that the waiting time for a refund paid by PayPal is up to 30 days, I received mine in 8 days! So I could order again, this time with the right products.
I also had a problem with being charged for shipping despite my order counting for a free one, but they refunded it for me when I told them, so I'm happy. I will update this review when my order comes :)

Edit: Okay, so I promised to come back here. I completely forget about that! So my order arrived after 17 days. Well, it's not as fast as they tell on the site, but it's not terrible, and after all the unflawed experience I had with them, I think it's completely worth it❤️ Everything came in the right color, not damaged and without anything missing. I'm 100% sure I will order again!

Read the reviews before you order from any site

So i wish i watch the reviews before ordering from fenty beauty. I live in the virgin islands so i expected the shipping to be maybe 2 to 3 weeks. but the shipping on fenty beauty website said 8-10 days. i watched some of the reviews and people have said they ordered from fenty and got their order within 1- 3 months which frightened me so i called fenty beauty and the customer service was good for me. She had a positive attitude was very polite, but she did not answer any of my questions. She had no clue as to where my order was. She said maybe it may have a problem with my order but she stated that she did not know. Dont call fenty beauty about your package because the workers have no clue about where it is. And the carrier DHL they dont answer the phone and will leave you on hold for hours so the best thing you can do after waiting a month or two is to get a refund. I dont know where my package is. when i try to track it it just says in route. They dont show you where the package is. i think i am going to have to get a refund if it doesnt come next week cuz i am not waiting 2 months for it to come. If you want to order from fenty order through sephora. I just know when it comes down to a refund im going to get a back and forth cuz people have said it took a month for them to get a refund or they had to apply pressure for the workers to take them seriously. In conclusion i will never order again from fenty beauty just because there is so much bad reviews and next week is going to make a month im waiting on my make up. I will order the brand fenty beauty from sephora but not from the original website. I choose to give them one star because the worker i spoke to was very polite and friendly.

Okay so update. the order is now lost in transit. On the phone with them now. yall dont order from this site. ill let yall know if i get my refund. she said 3 to 5 days. i knew this would happen. dissapointed.

Wrong color....I ordered a shade that…

Wrong color....I ordered a shade that matched me wrong to dark brought another to light. That's $120.00 so far and I dare not send it back because I probably wont get my money back. So I wont try the foundation route again. However I ordered lip stick and gloss and I like it..So my experience is done with Fenty. I could buy another foundation just because a celebrity is owner means nothing. Spend your money elsewhere

Worst customer service ever

Great products but never again, I’ll order from Sephora next time.
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced!
My order was shipped quickly, I received the tracking information from DHL.
A week later I noticed the tracking had been stuck so I contacted DHL they assured me that the expected delivery time should still be met.
The expected delivery day comes and goes, I let some more time pass.. a month later and still nothing had arrived and the tracking hadn’t update still.
I contacted DHL again, they couldn’t do much for me they expected my shipment to be stuck or lost somewhere. They advised me to contact fenty beauty so they can start an investigation or refund.
First response of fenty beauty came within two days of me contacting them, basically referring me back to DHL because fenty beauty claimed they can’t do anything for me?
I respond with the forwarded email that I received from DHL and ask them to look into it..
And there has been nothing but silence for two weeks now.

From the reviews I’ve read on here this seems to be the case, fenty won’t assist you in any way if something happens to your order during shipping. Literally ignoring customers call for help.

Fortunately for me the tracking suddenly updated, it still hasn’t arrived 2 months after placing the order. But it’ll probably arrive in the next couple weeks.

My advice, stay clear or ordering from their website.. just get it at Sephora.

Customer service poor

Customer service poor. Tried to make an order today and it won’t go through. Tried two cards through PayPal it was saying it’s not going through. When I check my email they sent me two confirmations for my orders without showing a confirmation on their page. I sent them an email telling them that to cancel one of my orders because it was sent twice next thing you know they are telling me they can’t find my order number. I finally send them the order number to cancel, they insist no order number could be found. Next thing I receive another email from them saying that they canceled my order because they don’t ship to the address I put on their website for my packages to be sent. I never heard such nonesense before!? Seems like location discrimination to me? What the hell???? I am disappointed and now I have to wait up to 30 days for PayPal to reverse the authorization on my card which they say will take up to 30 days!? What the hell!? This is nonesense and their website is disfunctional they need to get it together at Fenty Beauty + Fenty Skin.

More confident than I ever been

I’m so glad I did not read these reviews before I ordered...anyway I ordered the set with the cleanser the toner and the moisturizer and I have adult acne always have. I have only ever found 1 other thing that works but not even close I will forever be using this is my morning and night routine because acne never goes away of course only thing that was missing was fast delivery

They don't allow bad reviews on the products lol. Any one-two star reviews it gives you an error, funny coincidence. I expected better from a Rihanna owned company. Anyhow I learned my lesson and will try to find in stores even though they don't sell them in my country
