Fenty Experience
I have been adding products to my arsenal over the past year or so. First, I started with a bronzer and contour stick (Shady Biz 02 and Amber 01) just to add some more drama to my makeup routine. The bronzer is really nice, the contour stick is a bit dry I find but works well. I also purchased the mini set of the skin care line (cleanser, toner, moisturizer) and this has really helped my skin alot! I had previously only been using a simple moisturizer but this trio has made a big difference in evening out my skin tone and keeping my face hydrated and smooth. Next, I got the Eaze Drop Skin Tint foundation in #3 and the Bright Fix Eye Brightener which came with a Lip Limunizer in Fenty Glow and a really nice travelling case. Using a foundation product helped all of the other products (contour, bronzer) apply like a dream over top. The lip luminizer is really beautiful and smells really nice (peach-vanilla) and I will definitely be looking into more of their lip products. For this last purchase of foundation I met with a really nice customer service agent virtually for a consult to find my shade and she gave me tips about my cool skin tone and I was able to purchase the correct products! For the eye brightener, it is very slippery and I am still working on applying it correctly (I don't have many brushes or any sponges) but the effect is nice, especially from a distance! All in all, Fenty Beauty/Skin has never let me down and it is such a wholesome and inclusive brand! I have never had any issue with shipping.

I’ve just placed an order and did wonder where my parcel had got to. I emailed them and they were super responsive and got back to me the same day and they advised it would be 10 working days from the dispatch email. It arrived today - within 10 working days. Thank you Tori at the Fenty team as I did panic when I read some of these reviews about delivery to the UK.

Delivery time is unacceptably slow. Been waiting over a month for my package. Customer service said delivery for international shipments can take up to 30-60 days. 1-2 months? for such an expensive brand? If other brands can offer delivery within 1 week, why can't Fenty? Very appalling, would never order directly from the site again.
Lazy customer service/support
Bad bad bad, they won't accept delivery address change. That is the worst Customer service.They said they can't do anything about it because they process the orders "immediately". In their website, it is indicated there that they process orders for 1-2 days, and take note that I messaged them immediately after I realized the address was wrong. I am just hoping the delivery service will realize the mistake or contact the receiver 😩

Horrible shipping service for a high end brand. I ordered € 100 of product on the 23/01 and I'm still waiting and I don't know where my package is. The Customer service answers but doesn't solve the problem. Unfortunately Fenty beauty is sold only at Sephora which doesn't have all the products, at times doesn't allow the home delivery and doesn't have any discount on the brand. Anyway, I suggest to wait a little and buy at Sephora instead of buy on this site.
Order Cancelled by Fenty
Immediately after an order confirmation email, I receive another email saying it was cancelled because of a payment method or account issue. However, the transactions went through as they were posted to my credit card account. After emailing them, part of their response was that I had to live in the US to send it there…Just because I have a non-Caucasian name, does not mean that I dont live here. It also said to have shipping/billing address match, but usually you just have to click on a button for the system to match it for you. Once I went on their chat, I was connected to the same customer rep and was told I would get an email response as there are agents working on it right now. So doesnt that defeat the purpose of the chat if Im then told to go back to emailing? It wasnt until I asked what the chat is for, did she then offer to continue helping. I was made to feel even more uncomfortable when asked if this was a warehouse or home address. In addition, the 15% off code could not be used again to re-order despite them cancelling my order. She said shed let her supervisor know to “okay you to shop with us”, refund me the 15% after I placed a new order, and to expect a response within another 24-48 hours. The way it was worded didnt sit right with me. I wasnt aware I had to be VIP and talk to a supervisor before being approved to be a customer. Another hassle/inconvenience/waste of time to have to wait and check for another response/refund.
The funny thing is, it took me less than a minute to place an order with Rare Beauty right after this. This will be the first and -last- experience for me with Fenty Beauty.

Appalling service for a high end brand such as this.
I placed an ordered, had to wait 10 days to get it delivered, but it was ok.
Got an email saying Hermes had my parcel but didn't have any option to re-schedule or divert the delivery on a Saturday night 9pm.
They left my parcel out in the street, and after 1 hour it was stolen.
Impossible to get a refund or a voucher.
Will never buy from them again.

Ordering second time to Latvia,EU, first time, everything came quick, in matter of two weeks with standart shipping. This time I payed for express, more than 3 weeks after... Nothing. Ridiculous. Products are amazing, but for sure, this is my last time buying something.

I like that we, European customers, can order from this site, prepaying the custom tax , without being concerned whether a huge amount of money will be asked from DHL or UPS. What I disliked is that the package took 3 months to come to Greece, and it was almost lost. No one from the customer service knew where it was. And it was only when I insisted, that I received it.

Ordered on 28th November all seemed well. I was expecting a delay with being us and I’m uk . Plenty of updates about my order and it being shipped. Order arrived on the 14th December by Hermes. Opened it and it isn’t my order, it is an order belonging to someone else who lives in London I have the persons name. Address, email and contact phone number as their order and delivery receipt is in the package I received which is a breach of data, the label on the box is my details, customer service is shocking for international buyers. You have to call Canada number so charges you a fortune to get an answer machine. Messages left and no response. Emailed them and got a response a few days later saying they will pass to the relevant department and heard nothing since. I paid a lot for beauty products for a Xmas present and there is no way that this will be resolved. I’ve opened a case via PayPal for a refund. Worst of it is the woman in London is awaiting her package that I have and it will cost me to send it on to her which I don’t believe I should have to pay out so she too is without her order. Absolutely shocking service so avoid if your international
16 days to be told the order was cancelled and refunded
I ordered three items on the 29th November this year. I had nothing to confirm this for a week so emailed to see where my order was. another few days later I received an email to say it had been shipped and so would be with my shorty....
How they've managed to ship my item but now, 16 days later, tell me I am getting a refund for the item I don't understand? Where are the items I bought? Why have I been given a refund?
The refund also isnt the full amount as they are sending it back in dollars. I ordered it in GBP?!

Purchased 4 lipglosses and a foundation. Waited 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive. None of the items matched what I ordered. You have to pay £10 to return the products even though Fenty packed the order wrong. Customer services don’t reply - a really poor experience and a waste of £65.

The customer service is non existence. I ordered a bunch of stuff. One item was missing from the order. The setting spray I ordered came with a broken bottle and all the all the liquid had spilled everywhere. After I placed the order I received an email saying one item was put of stock but still got charged for it?

Ordered on the morning of November 30th and paid for express shipping. They took a while to prepare my order and turn it over to DHL. Let's just say it will have taken them 2 weeks to get my order to my address. And by the time it arrives, I will have departed for my holiday trip, so there's not going to be anyone home to receive or refuse the package.
Worst part is customer service promised I could get partial refund on my shipping if this happens. Now they're saying they can't give me that refund.
